本発明は建築用外装材などの建築用パネルに関

自由に安定な色を出すことが難かしい欠点があつ
た。そこで、自由に安定な色を出すことができる
うえに表面硬度も高い琺瑯引金属板材よりなるも
のも使用されているが、琺瑯層は耐候性が劣り光

本発明は前記のような欠点のない建築用パネル
を目的として完成されたもので、琺瑯引金属板材
よりなる主体1の表面に形成された琺瑯層3に耐
候性に優れた透明合成樹脂の焼付被膜4を該焼付
被膜4と前記琺瑯層3に対する接着性のよい透明
な合成樹脂薄膜層5を介して一体に層着したこと

本発明における琺瑯引金属板材よりなる主体1
とは冷延鋼板やアルミメツキ鋼板、アルミニウム
板などを所要の形状に切断して必要に応じ鈑金加
工を施した金属素地2の表面に鉛、ほう硅酸ガラ
スなどに所要の顔料を加えた琺瑯釉を施釉焼成し
た周知の琺瑯層3を層着一体化したものであつ
て、この主体1は琺瑯層3が耐候性に劣るためそ
のまま外装材として使用した場合には光沢や色が
変化する。そこで、本発明においては琺瑯層3の
光沢や色の変化を防ぐために耐候性に優れている
うえ表面硬度も比較的よい弗素樹脂、シリコーン
樹脂、アクリル樹脂等の透明合成樹脂の焼付被膜
4を層着し、この焼付被膜4を直接琺瑯層3の表
面に層着した場合には接着強度が小さくて塩水噴
霧試験などの加速試験によつて剥離されることが
実験上確認されたので、この密着性をよくするた
めにシランカツプリング液やシリコーンオイルな
どのシリコーン樹脂系或いはエポキシ樹脂系の前
記琺瑯層3および透明合成樹脂の焼付被膜4の両
者に対する接着性が極めてよいうえ該焼付被膜4
を焼付ける温度に耐える透明材料を先ず琺瑯層3
の表面に塗布して透明な合成樹脂薄膜層5を極め
て薄く形成しておき、この透明な合成樹脂薄膜層
5を介して前記した透明合成樹脂の焼付被膜4を
琺瑯層3に一体に層着する。なお、図中7は金属
素地2を鋼板材とする場合にその表面に必要に応
じ設けられるアルミメツキ層であつて、このよう
に琺瑯引金属板材よりなる主体1はその金属素地
2の少なくとも表面がアルミニウムとなるように
アルミメツキ鋼板やアルミニウム板よりなるもの
とした場合には琺瑯層3との密着性が極めてよい
ので耐衝撃性、耐屈曲性が極めて良好となり、ま
た、琺瑯層3の膜厚も30〜400μ程度とするが、
耐衝撃性、耐屈曲性を考慮すれば200μ以下とし
ておくことが好ましい。次に、この主体1の表面
に層着される透明な合成樹脂薄膜層5は琺瑯層3
と焼付被膜4との密着性を高めるために必要とす
るものであるから、スプレー掛けなどにより極め
て薄くてよいが、特に、琺瑯層3との密着性を高
めるためには琺瑯層3としてマツト釉を使用する
などして表面を微細な粗面6に形成しておくこと

主体1の金属素地2までは傷が達することは少な
くて発錆するおそれが殆んどないうえに耐候性に
ついても透明合成樹脂の焼付被膜4は耐候性を劣
化させる顔料を含まないので極めて優れていて光
沢や色が時間の経過によつても劣化することがな
く、自由に安定な色が出せる琺瑯層3の特長を長
期間にわたり保持できるうえに透明な2層を通じ
透視される琺瑯層3の色は深みのある色になる。
しかも、透明合成樹脂の焼付被膜4は琺瑯層3に
対し直接層着されているのではなく、焼付被膜4
と琺瑯層3の両者に対する接着性のよい透明な合
成樹脂薄膜層5が両者間に介在されているので、
焼付被膜4が主体1の屈曲等によつて剥離するこ

実施例 1

リング液を塗布乾燥して透明な合成樹脂薄膜層を
形成し、さらに、その表面に透明な弗素樹脂を膜
厚が30μとなるようスプレー掛けして約300℃で
焼付けした。このようにして得られたボツクス形
の建築用パネルはウエザーメーター1000時間、塩
水噴霧試験1000時間を行つても光沢、色調等に異
常がないうえに発錆もなく鉛、ほう硅酸ガラスと
顔料による自由で安定した色で経時変化は殆んど

工して建築用パネルとした。この建築用パネルは
琺瑯層により自由で安定した色を出すことができ
たうえにウエザーメーター1000時間、塩水噴霧
1000時間行なつても、光沢、色調等に異常がない
うえ発錆もなく、また、後加工でボツクス状とし
たにも拘らず折曲部分の焼付被膜の剥離がなかつ
