3. The enamelled steel sheet with excellent enamelling properties according to claim 1, wherein the primer layer has a thickness of 0.10-0.20mm; the thickness of the white ground glaze layer is 0.30-0.35mm; the thickness of the outer glaze layer is 0.40-0.55mm.
4. The enameled steel sheet with excellent enameling performance according to claim 1 wherein said stainless steel substrate is coated at an end with an epoxy sealing layer 2mm wide.
5. The enameled steel sheet with excellent enameling properties according to claim 1 wherein said scratch-resistant film layer is provided as a release film.
