When immersing substrates in a plating solution for manufacturing printed circuit boards, a support jig that can store and hold a large number of substrates in a stacked state is used to process a large number of substrates in a single immersion. May be used. This support jig is formed by attaching a large number of channel materials each having a U-shaped cross section with the length direction facing up and down to a base frame so as to face each other, and inserting a printed circuit board between these opposing channel materials. This is what I did. This support jig is used to insert the substrate between the channel materials from above the channel materials while the support jig is moving on the belt conveyor in the pre-plating process, and then lift it up, and the plating solution and surface treatment solution are removed. It is designed to be used by immersing it together with the substrate. Note that the above support jig is also used in the drying process after the surface treatment process.

However, in the conventional support jig described above, the board is inserted from above the channel material,
When inserting a board, there are problems such as the need to raise the board above the support jig and the need to pass the board through a groove in the channel material whose width is slightly larger than the thickness of the board. There are some drawbacks. In addition, the width of the groove in the channel material is generally made larger so that several types of substrates with different thicknesses can be inserted, but this reduces the stability of the substrate in the storage compartment and prevents the substrate from being immersed in the plating liquid. During internal and surface treatment and drying, there were problems such as the substrate falling out of the groove of the channel material and coming into contact with other adjacent substrates, resulting in poor plating.

1 to 9 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a vertically long rectangular side frame 1a, 1a.
The figure shows a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped base frame constructed by connecting the four partitions of the squares with horizontal frames 1b. Inside this base frame 1, a large number of rectangular support frames 2, which are slightly shorter in height than the side frame 1a and shorter in width than the horizontal frame 1b, are formed extending to both sides of the lower end of each support frame 2. The rotating shafts 2a are arranged along the lower side of the side frame 1a, and each rotating shaft 2a penetrates the lower side of the side frame 1a and is freely raised and folded. The support frame 2 includes a frame material 2A that forms both sides and an upper side of the support frame 2, and a rotation shaft 2a.
It consists of clamping bars 2B, 2B installed horizontally at the center of the upper part of the frame material 2A and the center part of the lower part of the frame material 2A, respectively, and a support bar 2c forming the lower side of the support frame 2. It's on. The upper, middle, and lower parts of the inner surfaces of both sides of the frame material 2A are arranged so that the support frames 2 are in contact with each other in a parallel state as shown in FIG. Cylindrical adjustment members 2d are fixed to face each other so as to equalize the spacing between the two. In addition, an inverted U-shaped catcher 2 is provided at the center and both sides of the upper side of the frame member 2A.
e is fixed with its crotch inner surface abutting the upper surface of the upper side of the frame member 2A and its tip facing downward. These auxiliary metal fittings 2e are sized so that a predetermined gap is left between each of the auxiliary metal fittings 2 when the support frames 2 are in an upright state parallel to each other. Furthermore, the length of each support bar 2c is provided on the back side of all the remaining support bars 2c except for one on the back side of the base frame 1 (right side in FIG. 2) among the large number of support bars 2c. Supports 2f are attached at the center and both ends in the width direction. This support 2f is L-shaped with a receiving portion formed on the upper surface, and the surface-treated member A such as a printed circuit board is placed on this receiving portion. In addition,
A plurality of bent portions (protruding portions) 2h as shown in FIG. 8 are formed on the clamping bars 2B, with each bent portion facing alternately toward the front side and the back side of the base frame 1. When the support frames 2 are in an upright state parallel to each other, the bent portions 2h are in contact with the bent portions 2h of other adjacent clamping bars 2B. Then, the support frame 2 on the front side of the base frame 1 (the left side in FIG. 2) is arranged so that it can fall down until it comes into contact with the horizontal frame 1b on the lower front side of the base frame 1 and protrude to the front of the base frame 1. The other support frames 2 are designed to be able to fall down and protrude in front of the substrate 1 until they come into contact with other adjacent support frames 2. By the way, on the inside of the back of the base frame 1, there is a fixing bracket 1c that fixes the support frame 2 closest to the back of the base frame 1 in an upright state.

By the way, when the jig is to be placed on a transport machine, the front of the base frame 1 is directed toward the operator next to the transport machine, and the support rods 3, 3 are kept in a stowed state as shown in FIG. The operator opens the door 5 of the base frame 1 that has come to the front and knocks down all the support frames 2 except for the support frame 2 fixed by the fixing fittings 1c. Then, the surface-treated member A is inserted from the front of the base frame 1 between the fixed support frame 2 in the base frame 1 and the support frame 2 one position before it, and the bottom part of the surface-treated member A is supported. Fit it into the support 2f of the frame 2 and attach it. Here, the position of the upper end of the fallen support frame 2 is lower than the upper end of the base frame 1,
Moreover, since the gap between the support frames 2 and 2 is sufficiently large,
The work of inserting the member A to be surface treated is easier than before. Next, in the same manner as above, attach the support frame 2 to the
The member A to be surface treated is mounted as shown in FIG. After the attachment of the surface-treated member A is completed, the support frame 2 which has been brought down is erected and housed in the base frame 1, the door 5 is closed, and the door 5 is fixed with the knob 5b. Then, the bent portion 2h of each support frame 2 is connected to each surface-treated member A.
and hold these together. Next, support rod 3,
3 along the guide tube 4 as shown in FIG. 6, fix it with the knob 4b, and then
The base frame 1 is lifted up by a lifting machine via a hoisting machine, and the surface is treated by immersing it in a surface treatment liquid such as a plating liquid. Here, each surface-treated member A is held between the bent portions 2h, and the adjustment member 2d defines the interval between each support frame 2, so that the adjacent surface-treated members A, A are in contact with each other. There's nothing to do. Therefore, plating defects and surface treatment defects that are caused by contact between processing members do not occur. Moreover, the processing member A... is the bending part 2
Since it is clamped by h..., it will not fall from the base frame 1.

As explained above, the present invention has a three-dimensional base frame in which a large number of support frames for holding a surface-treated member such as a printed circuit board are arranged side by side so as to be vertically or horizontally rotatable, and the support frames are rotated. Since at least a part of the movable range is configured to extend outside the base frame, the member to be surface treated is inserted between the support frames which are rotated to have at least a part outside the base frame and the distance between them is widened. Then, by returning the support frame into the base frame, a plurality of members to be surface treated can be attached to the base frame while being spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance. That is,
With conventional support jigs, it was necessary to raise the surface-treated member above the support jig and insert it into the groove of the narrow channel material, making the mounting work complicated. Since the support jig allows the member to be surface treated to be placed between the support frames with widened intervals from the side of the base frame, the mounting work is simplified and the work efficiency is improved. In addition, the bottom of the surface-treated member is supported for each support frame by a support provided in each of the plurality of support frames in the base frame, and the protruding portion of the support frame is brought into contact with the side surface of the surface-treated member. As a result, adjacent parts to be surface treated can be supported at predetermined intervals, so multiple parts to be surface treated can be stably supported within the base frame, and surface treatments such as plating can be carried out without causing defects. It has the effect of being able to carry out drying processing.
