DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for transferring various patterns with excellent raised effects.

Conventionally, patterns obtained by transfer are so-called flat patterns without raised areas. To obtain a pattern with a raised effect, you can either draw directly on the material by hand, or cut out a piece of cardboard along the pattern and place it on the material and use a spatula or squeegee to cut out the paint. Patterns are applied to the parts by squeezing them, but this requires considerable effort and time, resulting in high costs.

Recently, it has become possible to do this using a screen process, but it is impossible to do this for uneven surfaces, especially internally curved surfaces, wavy surfaces, or angular surfaces, and it has become necessary to do it by hand. ing.

By the way, in the case of hand-painting, that is, when placing a family crest on wedding furniture, etc., a craftsman must either go directly to the location where the furniture is located and place the crest, or conversely, the furniture must be sent to them. It's a hassle.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems.According to the present invention, patterns can be easily and easily applied even by an amateur, regardless of the uneven surface of the material, and without the help of a craftsman. It becomes.

Hereinafter, an example of implementing the present invention will be described based on the accompanying drawings. Figure 1A shows wax paper or a Teflon-treated mount with paints that do not dissolve even if they come into contact with solvents after drying, such as epoxy, oak, oil-based synthetic lacquer, polyurethane, or polyester.
A raised pattern 2 is formed by screen-printing letters, maki-e, family crests, etc. using amino-based or acrylic-based paint.

After drying, strip paint 3 is applied over the entire surface of the pattern 2 as shown in Figure B. After drying, the pattern 2 is peeled off from the mount 1 by covering the adhesive film 4 from above and pressing it as shown in Figure C, and then pulling it up as shown in Figure D. As shown in Figures E and F, adhesive 5 is applied to the entire back surface, and then release paper 6 is pasted. At this time, paints, strip paints, and adhesives should be mixed with safety paint additives (so-called anti-splatter agents). Figure 2A,
B shows the state in which the patterned sheet product 7 manufactured in this way is transferred onto the material 8 (wood piece) to be transferred, and the desired pattern on the material 8 is shown with the release paper 6 removed. The adhesive film 4 on the top surface is then removed after the adhesive film 4 is pressed and adhered in place.

The present invention is carried out as described above, and for example, various family crests and various frequently used graphic patterns are created in advance as a large amount of pattern sheet products 7 by the above method, and the patterns are applied to the transfer material. To attach it, all you have to do is take the release paper 6 and stick it to the appropriate location on the desired material, as described above, and then remove the adhesive film 4.
Anyone can easily do it with one touch without requiring any skill.

According to the present invention, if the type of paint (such as epoxy) is selected, the flexibility of the resin allows it to be adhered to corner surfaces, wavy curved surfaces, etc. without difficulty.

On the other hand, in conventional patterns that were directly painted by hand or printed, dents were created on the pattern surface due to thinning of the paint, but according to the present invention, the pattern was previously dried. For a certain reason, it does not cause a certain phenomenon to occur.

On the other hand, since factory production can be performed without relying on conventional hand-drawing experts, it greatly contributes to uniformity of products and cost reduction. In addition, not only is there no need to transport materials, but
This is an extremely excellent product that can quickly and easily apply patterns to large materials and various curved materials.
