の熟練度によつては製品の均一性がなく必ずしも
所要の表面仕上げがされていない欠陥建築パネル
が製造されるおそれも充分あつた。

てなるベース型枠下面と周辺型枠の起立壁間の空
隙より排出するとともに、ベース型枠若しくは上
面に周辺型枠を有してなるベース型枠が周辺型枠
の起立壁上縁と当接した時には、石膏及びセメン
ト等の水硬性の混合物上面は上面に位置するベー
ス型枠下面に密圧接触せしめることを特徴とする
左官コテ仕上げを省略したパネルの製造方法ベー
ス型枠、このベース型枠上面に位置し起立壁を有
してなる周辺型枠、該周辺型枠の起立壁内に石膏
及びセメント等の水硬性の混合物を打設した後前
記起立壁上縁より表面を多少高めに業し、この上
面にベース型枠若しくは上面に周辺型枠を有して
なるベース型枠を静かに乗せる過程において、石
膏及びセメント等の水硬性の混合物の余分な混合
物及び空気泡をベース型枠下面と周辺型枠の起立
壁間の空隙より排出するとともに、ベース型枠若
しくは上面に周辺型枠を有してなるベース型枠が
周辺型枠の起立壁上縁と当接した時には、石膏及
びセメント等の水硬性の混合物上面は上面に位置
するベース型枠下面に密圧接触せしめることを特
徴とする左官コテ仕上げを省略したパネルの製造
方法によつて解決される。

2a内に打設されてなる石膏及びセメント等の水
硬性の混合物であり、本発明にあつては起立壁部
2a内に表面を起立壁部2a頂部2a″よりやや高
めに打設し起立壁部2a頂部2a″よりやや高めに
業される。次に業された混合物3上面には他のベ
ース型枠1若しくは上面に周辺型枠2を有してな
るベース型枠1が静かに乗せられる。この過程に
おいて、石膏及びセメント等の水硬性の混合物3
内の余分な混合物及び空気泡はベース型枠1の下
面と周辺型枠2の起立壁2a頂部2a″間4より排
出される。特に本発明にあつては起立壁2a端部
2a′は楔状からなり頂部2a″は上面に位置するベ
ース型枠1下面とは線接触するものであることか
ら、混合物及び空気泡は極めてスムーズに排出さ
れてゆくものである。完全にベース型枠1が乗せ
られた時には石膏及びセメント等の水硬性の混合
物は、その上面に位置するベース型枠1下面に完
壁に密圧接触するものである。尚、必要に応じて
この作業を上段に向つて複数段繰り返し、打設養
生後、順次上方に位置するベース型枠1及び周辺
型枠2を取外すことにより、左官コテ仕上げ工程
を省略した所望の建築パネルを一枚若しくは複数
枚得ることができるものである。

仕上げをしたと同様な平滑面が表われることとな
る。したがつて、本発明によれば熟練を要し、し
かも多数のパネルを製造する際にも労力的にも時
間的にも不効率な左官コテ仕上げ工程を省略でき
ることから、極めて製造効率良く、しかも好適な
平滑面を有する、パネルを容易に製造することが
可能となつた。
