Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、たとえば建築物において、組立てら
れた鉄骨外周に装着する外壁板の製造方法に関す
る。

た。そのため、PC板に代えてオートクレーブ養
生した気泡コンクリート製品であるALC板を用
いている。しかし、ALC板による建築物は、簡
易なプレハブ式建物のイメージがあつてあまり好
まれない。さらに、ALC板は、その表面仕上げ
に吹付けまたはタイル張りをして装飾性をもたせ
ているが、所定の強度が得られなかつた。

本発明は、所定の強度を有し、しかも軽量で安
価にできる外壁板の製造方法を提供せんとするも
のである。そして、上記目的を達成するため、本
発明に係る外壁板の製造方法は、外型にモルタル
を流し込み、次いで捨て型を取付け台に取外し可
能に設けた上型を前記外型に嵌めるとともに、前
記捨て型を前記モルタル中に没し、該モルタルを
乾燥後、前記捨て型を離脱した前記取付け台およ
び前記外型を除去することである。

る。第1図乃至第6図は外壁板の製造方法におけ
る各工程図である。外型1は、平板状の型台2に
矩形の外枠3を載置したものである(第1図参
照)。外枠3の底面には、後述する外壁板表面の
装飾性を増すため、たとえば花の絵などの模様を
型取つた内型マツト4を敷設する(第2図参
照)。その内型マツト4を敷設した外型1には、
モルタル5を流し込む(第3図参照)。モルタル
5は、セメントと砂とを混ぜた中に、強度を増す
ためのグラスフアイバを入れ込んだGRCモルタ
ルである。次いで、そのモルタル5が流し込まれ
た外型1に上型6を嵌める(第4図参照)。上型
6は、平板状の取付け台7に複数の捨て型8を設
置したものである。捨て型8は、たとえば樹脂剤
を矩形に固めた軽量の補強部材であり、複数の捨
て型8にあつては、隣接する捨て型8同士の間に
少しの間隔をもつて設置される。それは、モルタ
ル5をその間隔に入り込ませてチヤンネルを形成
し、強度をもたせるためである。そして、外型1
に上型6を嵌めた状態でモルタル5を乾燥する。
その後、モルタル5内に没した捨て型8をそのま
ま残留させ、取付け台7を捨て型8から離脱して
除去する(第5図参照)。さらに、外型1を除去
して外壁板9を得る(第6図参照)。外壁板9
は、第6図イに示すように、表面には花の絵が型
取られて装飾に変化がもたらされ、また、外壁板
9の裏面は、第6図ロに示すように、捨て型8の
