To summarize and describe the main parts of this embodiment, the openings 25 and 26 above the ground of the intake pipe 18 and the exhaust pipe 22 that protrude above the ground from inside the nuclear shelter are opened downward, and the openings 25 and 26 are opened downward. Filters 27 and 28 are provided to cover the filters 27 and 28, respectively.
Watertight lids 29 and 30 that close and open the suction side of the watertight lids 7 and 28 are locked so as to be movable up and down with a predetermined stroke, and the watertight lids 29 and 30 open the filters 27 and 28 by their own weight. , the watertight lid 29 is configured as a float type that closes with water;
Sealing members 41 and 42 that provide watertight sealing at portions facing the filters 27 and 28 of 30, and the filters 2
This means that magnets 39 and 40 are provided to maintain the suction sides of the pumps 7 and 28 in a watertight closed state with a predetermined pressure.

In the ventilation pipe device 1 of the nuclear shelter 2 configured in this way, as described above, the float-type watertight lids 29, 30 are provided at each opening 25, 26, so in the event of a flood, each watertight lid 29, 30 is closed. is raised by its buoyancy, and if the water level rises above a height where there is a risk of water intrusion from the openings 25, 26, each opening 25, 26 is automatically closed in a watertight manner. Water intrusion from the openings 25 and 26 can be reliably prevented. Further, while the openings 25 and 26 are closed by the watertight lids 29 and 30, the watertight lids 29 and 30 close the openings 2 of the magnets 39 and 40.
Each of the watertight lids 29 and 30 is fixed in a closed state due to the adsorption force on the watertight lids 5 and 26 and the buoyancy of the watertight lids 29 and 30. During this time, the air accumulated in the compressor 14 is discharged to prevent the evacuees from suffocating. When the flood is over, the evacuees go to the ground through the escape exit 43, the emergency escape exit 46, or the entrance 49, and manually pull the watertight lids 29, 30 away from the openings 25, 26. Open it.

"Effects" As explained above, the ventilation pipe device for a nuclear shelter according to this invention opens the tip openings of the intake pipe and exhaust pipe that protrude above the ground from the inside of the nuclear shelter downward. A filter is provided to cover each filter, and a watertight lid that closes and opens the suction side of the filter is locked so that it can move up and down with a predetermined stroke. It is configured as a float type that is closed by a watertight lid, and is provided with a sealing member to make the watertight lid watertight, and a magnet that maintains the suction side of the filter in a watertight closed state with a predetermined pressure, so that it can be closed at all times. The system takes in and exhausts clean air through a filter, but if the water level rises above a height where there is a risk of water intrusion from the above openings during a flood, it can be used without using a special power source, using its own weight and buoyancy. By using a simple method, each opening at the tip of the intake pipe and exhaust pipe can be sealed watertightly with a watertight lid, and the floating watertight lid can be prevented from moving up and down inadvertently due to undulating water. Once they are closed, the magnets ensure that the closed state is maintained at a predetermined pressure, thereby preventing water from seeping into the interior of the nuclear shelter from these openings.

Of course, this invention is not limited to the one embodiment described above. For example, each watertight lid 29, 30
may be made of a magnetic material, and each opening 25, 26 may be provided with a magnet. In addition, a permanent magnet is provided in each of the watertight lids 29 and 30, and an electromagnet is provided in each opening 25 and 26, and by reversing the polarity of the electromagnet, the opening and closing of the watertight lids 29 and 30 can be remotely controlled from inside the nuclear shelter 2. It may be configured to do so.
