気間隙材を挾んで、両方のケース3にねじ5を反
対方向から通して締め付ける。さらに後部突き合
せ部13の外側にコア巻線のリード線と外部との
接続とのためピン端子板6を設けて、ケース3の

記溝に平行な切り欠きを夫々設けた2個の対称構
造を有する分割ケースに夫々C字状コアの中央直
線部に巻線したコア素子、巻線のリード線を収納
し、前記2個の対称構造を有する分割ケースを突
き合せて固定し前記溝をテープに接する面の平面
研磨工程において保持部として用い、R面研磨に
おいては前記溝を研削消滅するようにしたことを
