[Detailed description of the invention] This invention provides concrete materials installed on a roadbed,
Structures made of concrete, steel, stone, etc., and asphalt pavement laid on the roadbed, with the purpose of extremely firmly joining appropriate structures made of steel, stone, etc., and asphalt pavement already laid on the roadbed. Regarding the method of joining with pavement, asphalt pavement made of an asphalt mixture is placed on the roadbed on which an appropriate structure made of concrete, steel, stone, etc. is installed, and at an appropriate interval from the side of the structure. The asphalt joint plate formed into a thin plate is adhered to each joining side end face of the asphalt pavement such as the existing structure and asphalt mixture, and then the asphalt joint plate formed into a thin plate is adhered to the opposing gap between the asphalt joint plates. Filled with asphalt material such as an asphalt mixture material heated to an appropriate temperature at which the asphalt material melts, and then subjected to necessary operations such as compaction and finishing, and the filled asphalt material is placed between the asphalt joint plates on both sides. Then, the filled asphalt pavement is closely joined as a filled asphalt pavement board 9, and at that time, the asphalt joint board is melted by the heat retained in the filled asphalt material, and the filled asphalt pavement is placed between the existing structure and the existing asphalt pavement. It is characterized in that the plates are brought into close contact with each other, and as the temperature decreases, the molten material of the asphalt bonded plates becomes viscous and solidified and bonded. As an embodiment thereof, the existing structure is a drainage ditch. The roadbed is composed of incised crushed stone, particle size-adjusted crushed stone, cement concrete, asphalt emulsion, etc., either singly or in combination, as appropriate.

As mentioned above, the purpose of this asphalt joint plate is to cope with the expansion and contraction of the concrete material of the structure, so during construction, this asphalt joint plate should be used as is between the structure and the existing asphalt pavement. This traditional joining method requires intervention to achieve the purpose of the joint.
It is impossible to integrally join the structure and existing asphalt pavement.

In contrast, the invention of this application improves this conventionally known joint method for joining structures and existing asphalt pavement to integrally join the structure and existing asphalt pavement. , according to the invention of this application, concrete materials, steel materials,
On the roadbed on which appropriate structures made of stones etc. are installed,
Asphalt composite pavement is laid as usual on the sides of the structure and at appropriate intervals, and asphalt joint plates are formed into thin plates on the end faces of the existing structures and asphalt pavement on each joining side. After that, the opposing gap between the asphalt joint plates is filled with filling asphalt material that has been heated to an appropriate temperature at which the asphalt material melts, and the necessary operations such as rolling and finishing are performed on this, and the filling is completed. The asphalt paving material is tightly joined between the asphalt joint plates on both sides as a filled asphalt paving board 9, and at that time, the asphalt joint board is melted by the heat retained in the filled asphalt paving material, and the existing structure is The filled asphalt pavement board is brought into close contact with the existing asphalt pavement, and as the temperature decreases, the molten material of the asphalt joint board becomes viscous and solidified, so when constructing this, The asphalt joint plate melts due to the heat retained in the filled asphalt pavement plate, which has a higher melting temperature, and the structure and the existing asphalt pavement can be completely joined together via the asphalt pavement plate. It is extremely useful.

A structure 1 such as a drainage ditch made of concrete, steel, stone, etc. is placed on a roadbed 2 on which the structure 1 is installed.
Asphalt pavement 3 is laid as usual at appropriate intervals, and asphalt joint plates 6, which are formed into thin plate shapes, are formed on each joining side end surface 4 , 5 of the existing structure 1 and asphalt pavement 3. 7 are joined together, and then a filled asphalt material 8 heated to an appropriate temperature of approximately 140°C to 180°C to melt the asphalt material itself is placed in the opposing gap between the asphalt joining plates 6 and 7 by hand or with a motor grader. Lay down,
Necessary work such as compaction and finishing is performed on this using a road roller, etc., and the filled asphalt material 8 is laid as a filled asphalt paving board 9 between the asphalt bonding plates 6 and 7 on both sides, and is tightly bonded. ,
At that time, the asphalt joint plates 6 and 7 are melted by the heat retained in the filled asphalt material,
Between the existing structure 1 and the existing asphalt pavement 3,
The filled asphalt paving plates 9 are brought into close contact with each other, and as the temperature decreases, the molten material of the asphalt bonding plates 6 and 7 is made viscous and solidified to be joined together. In this case, the roadbed 2 is made of incised crushed stone, particle size-adjusted crushed stone, cement, concrete, asphalt emulsion, etc. alone or in an appropriate mixture.
