欠点を有していた。 Generally, this type of segment is formed into a segment ring by joining bolts from the inner surface of the segment via the joining flange at the end in the curved direction inside the tunnel, so when viewed from the inner surface, the troughs of the waveform Connection bolt holes can only be formed in the corresponding connection flange portions. Therefore, the number of joining bolts is limited, and even if the strength of the segments themselves is improved, the joining strength is insufficient.

The trough is formed so that the width becomes wider as it approaches the joining flange from the separated position.

is made of ductile cast iron or the like, has an arcuate wall portion 2, and both ends of the wall portion 2 in the curved direction along the arc,
Joint flanges 3a and 3b are provided at both ends in a direction orthogonal to the curved direction. Arc wall part 2
has a peak 4 that protrudes inward when viewed from the inside (center side of the arc), and connects the arc wall 2 and the joining flange 3b.
A trough portion 5 is formed that projects outward.
In this way, the arcuate wall portion 2 and the joining flange 3b form a segment 1 whose cross-sectional shape in the direction orthogonal to the curved direction is waveform. These peaks 4 and valleys 5 are opposite valleys and peaks when viewed from the outside. The difference in height between the peaks 4 and troughs 5 is the joining flange 3
The width is the same as that of a and 3b.

A similar rib 8 is also provided between the inclined wall surfaces 6, 6 extending in parallel along the curved direction.

is formed in a tapered shape so that the width becomes wider as it approaches the joining flange 3a from a position spaced apart from the joining flange 3a by a predetermined distance l in the curve direction. The peak portion 4 from the joint flange 3a to a position spaced apart from the joint flange 3b by a predetermined distance l in the curved direction is formed thicker than other portions, and its strength is reinforced by the narrower width.

The grout inlet can also be provided in the peak 4. In this case, the recess 13 surrounded by the trough 5, the flanges 3a, 3a, and the inclined walls 6, 6 is filled with a filler such as concrete, reinforced concrete, mortar, etc. from the outside. A cylinder passing through the filler layer is connected to the grout inlet so that the filler does not block the grout inlet.
