2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, concrete U-shaped grooves have been mainly used as U-shaped grooves. However, since the concrete U-shaped groove is heavy, it is difficult not only to work but also to transport and store it, and in recent years, a resin U-shaped groove has been used. Since the U-shaped groove made of resin has a small wall pressure and low rigidity, the side wall may receive a lateral force (earth pressure) and fall down inward.

The U-shaped groove main body 12 is made of a resin material and has a bottom wall 14 and both side walls 1 to form a fluid passage.
5 and 15 are integrally formed to have a U-shaped cross section, and a number of concave stripes extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall portion 14 and both side wall portions 15 and 15 so as to improve rigidity. It is also a U-shaped groove formed into a corrugation so that the ridges 16 and the ridges 17 are formed.

In this embodiment, both side walls 15 are provided so as to be inclined outward with respect to the bottom wall 14. The cross section has an inverted trapezoidal frame shape in which the bottom side having the open upper surface is shorter. By inclining the side wall portion 15 outward in this manner, the component of the force acting on the side wall portion 15 due to earth pressure is dispersed, and the deformation of the side wall portion 15 is suppressed. In addition, the U-shape according to the present invention widely includes a U-shaped cross section in which a fluid passage is to be formed, for example, a U-shaped cross section having an open upper surface, or a semicircular frame having an open upper surface. This is a concept that includes shapes and the like.

Each of the ridges 16 and the ridges 17 are formed so as to be continuous with the bottom wall 14 and the side walls 15, 15.
In the present invention, the present invention is not limited to this.
7 may be intermittent or, if formed intermittently, may be arranged in a staggered manner. Then, each concave line 16 and convex line 1
7 are formed up to each upper end 15 a of each side wall portion 15. For this reason, it is in a form that is resistant to earth pressure and hardly deformed inward. Reference numeral 18 denotes a partition, and each side wall 1
5 is formed integrally with the side wall portion 15 at the upper end 15a, and is formed so as to partially fill the concave streak 16 of the concave streak 16 and the convex streak 17. Partition section 18 of the present embodiment
Has a thickness equal to the thickness of the bottom wall portion 14 and the side wall portions 15, 15, and forms a horizontal plate surface at each upper end 15 a of each side wall portion 15 (see FIG. 3). As a result, it is possible to suitably oppose the pressure in the torsional direction in particular, acts to maintain the shape of the waveform suitably, and realizes a highly rigid form that is very hard to deform as the U-shaped groove body 12 alone. I have. That is, the partition 18 functions as a suitable reinforcing wall so as to significantly improve the rigidity of the U-shaped groove main body 12. Further, the upper end 15a of the side wall portion 15 configured as described above.
Is a portion to which the reinforcing member 20 is fixed, and has a form in which the rigidity of the portion is suitably improved.

Further, in this embodiment, the partition 18 is in a state in which the upper end of the groove 16 formed on the inner surface side of each side wall 15 is buried in a thin layer, that is, the side end face of the groove 16 is closed. (See FIG. 3). Thus, the partition 1
Forming 8 can be easily performed by so-called rotational molding. Then, by forming the partition wall portion 18 on the concave ridge 16 formed on the inner surface side of each side wall portion 15 in this way, an applying member 22 of a reinforcing material 20 described below is formed inside the upper end 15 a of the side wall portion 15. Receiving line 19, which is a straight line abutting on
(See FIG. 2). Therefore, this receiving line 1
9, the pressure such as earth pressure can be suitably dispersed and received by the reinforcing member 20, and the rigidity of the U-shaped groove 10 can be significantly improved.

According to the present invention, the ridges and the ridges are formed up to the respective upper ends of the side walls, and are formed integrally with the side walls at the respective upper ends of the side walls. By providing the partition wall portion that fills in, the U-shaped groove main body as a single body realizes a very rigid and highly rigid form. The upper end of the side wall is a portion to which the reinforcing material is fixed, and has a form in which the rigidity of the portion is suitably improved. For this reason, according to the present invention, even if it is formed of a resin material, it is possible to obtain a highly rigid U-shaped groove capable of withstanding a pressure such as a large earth pressure and preventing deformation. .
