Clay bottles or teapots have been used to dispense Japanese tea, black tea, and other drinkable plant leaves. On the other hand, in order to make life easier, attempts have been made to shake out these plant leaves without using such special tools. For example, plant leaves are crushed into powder, placed in a bag made of Japanese paper or nonwoven fabric, sealed, and shaken out by moving the bag up and down in hot water using an attached string. This method not only requires the bag to be moved up and down several times, but also leaves the plant leaves to be ground into powder.

Therefore, there is a strong need for the development of a simple method that does not require turning plant leaves into powder and can shake out plant leaves without using special equipment such as a clay pot or a teapot. It has become rare.

As shown in FIG. 1, the body 3 of the container 1 of the present invention is provided with a shallow groove 5 along the entire body from the upper part to the lower part. In this groove 5, there is a water-resistant perforated skiving board 1 as described in detail later.
1 is inserted. The depth of this groove is not an absolute requirement of the present invention. Therefore, it is sufficient that the depth is such that the water-resistant perforated skiving board can be inserted into the groove and the skiving board can be held in the groove so as not to easily fall off. The grooves can be easily carved into the container body by using an eccentric roller having projections corresponding to the shape and depth of the grooves. In addition, the grooves can be carved on the base paper before punching out the container body member blank from the rolled base paper, on the blank after punching out, or at the stage when the blank is formed into the body. , or at any time after the body is integrated with the bottom plate and formed into a container.

As shown in FIG. 1, the bottom plate portion 7 of the container of the present invention is provided with a recess 9 near the center thereof, which is recessed toward the bottom of the container and is capable of being pushed up and restored. When this depression is moved up and down with a finger from outside the container, the convection of the hot water in chambers A and B within the container is promoted, and the plant leaves are also vibrated to promote shaking out of the plant leaves. Furthermore, when hot water is poured into the container, the hot water may not flow down from chamber A to chamber B at the bottom of the container because it is blocked by a perforated strainer board located in the middle of the container. In such a case, when the recess is moved up and down, the hot water on the strainer plate, that is, the hot water in chamber A, begins to flow down into the container toward the bottom of the container, that is, in chamber B. The shape, size and depth of the depression are not absolute requirements of the present invention. These may be of any type as long as they are sufficient to fulfill the above-mentioned functions. Accordingly, the shape, size, and depth of the depression can be easily determined by those skilled in the art.
The arrangement of the recess in the container bottom plate depends on the shape of the recess,
This can be easily carried out by using an embossing machine with projections of corresponding size and depth. The depressions are arranged on the base paper before punching out the blank for the bottom plate member from the rolled base paper, on the blank after punching out, and after the blank is integrated with the body and formed into a container. This can be done at any time.

At least the inner wall surfaces of the container body and bottom plate of the present invention must be water-resistant treated. This water-resistant treatment can be achieved, for example, by lining the inner wall of the container with a water-resistant synthetic resin film, or by lining the inner wall of the container with a synthetic wood pulp that imparts water resistance to the paper (e.g., commercially available from Mitsui Petrochemical under the registered trademark SWP). ) can be carried out by making a container using base paper mixed with paper. The inner wall surface of the container can be lined with a synthetic resin film by, for example, punching blanks for the body and bottom plate members from base paper on which the film has been laminated in advance, and then assembling the container from these, or from base paper on which no film has been laminated at all. After assembling the blank into a punched container, a synthetic resin prepolymer is sprayed onto the inner wall of the container and polymerized using ultraviolet light to form a water-resistant film on the spot, or a synthetic resin film is placed over the opening of the container and vacuum suction is applied. This can be done by lining the inner wall surface of the container using a method or a pressing method.

As shown in FIG. 1, the container of the present invention has a water-resistant perforated strainer plate 11 fitted into a groove provided in the middle of the body. The position of this perforated straining board 11 must be such that when the plant leaves absorb hot water and swell, the size of chamber B is slightly larger than the entire volume of the swelling. If the size of the B chamber is smaller than the entire volume of the swollen plant leaves, the swollen plant leaves may clog the strainer plate, and the extraction field in the B chamber may not be able to be filled.

As shown in FIG. 2, this skiving board is provided with a hole 13 passing through it. The pore diameter, either before or after swelling, is
Generally, the size is such that when drinking from a clay pot or teapot, plant leaves do not come out into room A, and it is preferably as large as possible. Further, as long as this requirement is satisfied, the diameters of the holes may be non-uniform. The number and shape of holes are not an absolute requirement of the invention. To carry out the operation of inserting the skiving board into the groove of the container body while holding the skiving board by vacuum means, as shown in Fig. It is preferable to provide only a small number of holes near the area. Also, if a large number of holes are provided near the periphery of the skiving board and only a few near the center, when hot water is poured into chamber A and the air bubbles in chamber B begin to be expelled, the edges, i.e.
Since it leans against the side wall of the body, air bubbles can easily escape. Further, in order to completely remove the hot water remaining in the B chamber, it is preferable that many holes be provided near the periphery of the skiving board. In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, two or more notches 15 for mechanically supporting the skiving board are provided at the peripheral edge of the skiving board. In this embodiment, there is no need to use vacuum means, so a large number of holes may be provided near the center of the skiving board.

The paper container for drinking plant leaves of the present invention only needs to be poured with hot water. Unlike the conventional bag type, there is no need to prepare a separate container. When drinking, the leaves are blocked by a strainer and do not come out into room A. In addition, since whole leaves are used, the taste and flavor are much higher than the conventional bag-type products containing powdered leaves. Furthermore, the scraps can be disposed of together with the main body, which is extremely convenient. Therefore, the container of the present invention is very convenient for use not only at home, but also for vacations, hiking, and the like.
