Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1)正方形の天板の中央に略円形を打ち抜くことにより
有孔天板が形成され、該前記有孔天板の丸孔に内側に紙
パルプ繊維あるいは合成繊維パルプからなる濾紙とその
外側に合成樹脂繊維の不織布とから形成される有底濾紙
の上部フランジが固着されてコーヒー等の袋が形成され
てなることを特徴とする天板付き簡易ドリップ。 2)天地左右の方向性を有しない方形天板が射出成形あ
るいは合成樹脂板の抜き加工若しくは板紙の抜き加工後
樹脂処理され、しかるのち方形天板の中央に略円形の打
ち抜くことにより有孔天板が形成され、次いで、該有孔
天板の丸孔に内側に紙パルプ繊維あるいは合成繊維パル
プからなる濾紙とその外側に合成樹脂繊維の不織布とか
ら形成される有底濾紙のフランジが熱溶着されてコーヒ
ー等の袋が形成されてなることを特徴とする天板付き簡
易ドリップの製法。 3)正方形の天板の中央に略円形を打ち抜くことにより

コーヒー袋に抽出用コーヒー粉が充填され、カバーが前
記フランジ上に接着されてなることを特徴とする天板付
き簡易ドリップ。 4)天地左右の方向性を有しない方形天板が射出成形あ
るいは合成樹脂板の抜き加工若しくは板紙の抜き加工後
樹脂処理され、しかるのち方形天板の中央に略円形の打
ち抜くことにより有孔天板が形成され、次いで、該有孔
天板の丸孔に内側に紙パルプ繊維あるいは合成繊維パル
プからなる濾紙とその外側に合成樹脂繊維の不織布とか
ら形成される有底濾紙のフランジが熱溶着されてコーヒ
ー袋が形成され、該コーヒー袋に抽出用コーヒー粉が充
填され、その後カバーが前記フランジ上に接着されてな
ることを特徴とする天板付き簡易ドリップの製法。
