よつてできる挿通孔に、挿入棒を挿入したのち、
上方よりコンクリート材料をモールドボツクス内
に供給し、加圧振動を加えて成型し、成型後、挿
入棒をモールドボツクスから抜き去つて、ブロツ
クを脱型すると、受板上に横筋用溝をもつたコン
クリートブロツクが成型される。

る。したがつて、挿入棒の周辺ではコンクリート
材料の充填密度が低くなり勝ちで、又、ブロツク
側面にもこの密度差のために半月状の模様が発生
して美観を損い、品質も低下する。

し、ブロツク成形完了後、挿入棒を挿入棒引き抜
き装置によつてモードボツクスより引き抜くこと
を特徴とするコンクリートブロツクの横筋用溝形
成方法である。

観も損なうことがない。また、挿入棒の着脱が作
業性良く短時間にでき、効率的である。
