In the case of conventional sliding soundproof sashes, a frame airtight material is generally attached to the outdoor side of the step wall formed on the lower frame over the entire length, and when the inner and outer sashes are closed and pulled toward the indoor side, the inner and outer sashes are closed. Both the indoor side surface of the indoor side of the lower stile and the indoor side surface of the indoor side of the outer shoji lower stile are both in pressure contact with the frame airtight material, and the inner rail for guiding the inner shoji has a stopper or a stopper on its side. In order to fasten pieces such as sliding members with screws, a rising dimension of at least a specified dimension (generally about 8 mm) is required, so no matter how low the rain return is, in order to move the inner shoji in and out of the room. It is necessary to make it possible to lift the inner shoji to a greater extent than the rising dimension of the inner rail, which poses the problem of increasing the dimensions of the upper frame, and also requires a relatively large difference in height between the stepped walls of the lower frame. Therefore, there was a problem in which it was difficult to reduce the dimensions of the bottom frame.

In the case of the above structure, the inner and outer shoji 32,
When opening and closing 40, the outdoor side surface of the inner shoji door edge stile 35 is located indoors than the smoke return 49 of the outer shoji 40, and the indoor side surface of the outer shoji door edge stile 43 is positioned closer to the inner shoji 32.
Since it is located on the outdoor side of the smoke return 48, the inner and outer shoji 32, 40 can be completely slid against each other, and the glass of the inner and outer shoji 32, 40 can be easily cleaned. . Next, within
When the outer shoji 32, 40 are closed and the pulling handle 57 is rotated to the pulling side, the inner and outer shoji 32, 40 are moved by the crescents, and the pulling pieces 55, 56 are moved to the retaining wall 18 and The door frame 35, 43 is brought into contact with the contact wall 23 toward the indoor side, and the door frame 36, 4 is pulled toward the indoor side by the action of the pulling device.
4 toward the indoor side, and as a result, as shown in FIG.
The contact parts 51 to 53 of 0 are the outer shoji frame airtight material 27 to
29 pressure contact surfaces 27a to 29a and contact member 30,
31, and the combined airtight material 54 is continuously pressed against the outdoor side surface of the inner shoji combined frame 36 and the outdoor side surfaces of the inner and outer shoji frame airtight materials 24, 25, 27, and 28, The opening of the window frame 1 is hermetically closed. In this case, the pressure contact surfaces 27a, 28a of the outer shoji frame airtight materials 27, 28 of the upper and lower frames 2, 3 are closer to the inner shoji upper and lower stile than the pressure contact surfaces 24a, 25a of the inner shoji frame airtight materials 24, 25. Since it is located on the outdoor side by approximately the thickness of the outdoor side pieces 33 and 34 (generally about 2 mm), the amount of movement of the outer shoji 40 toward the indoor side can be reduced by that amount. Therefore,
The outer shoji 40 can be pulled smoothly and reliably by the pulling piece 56 or the pulling device, and the airtightness between the inner and outer shoji 32 and 40 and the window frame 1 and between the inner and outer shoji 32 and 40 is achieved. can be increased. In addition, when the inner and outer shoji 32 and 40 are closed and drawn as described above, the lifting amount of the inner and outer shoji 32 and 40 is restricted to a small amount by the stopper piece 62, so the inner and outer shoji Even if the shoji 32 and 40 are lifted, they cannot be removed.

Next, when you want to remove the inner and outer shoji 32 and 40 from the window frame 1, with the inner and outer shoji 32 and 40 open, remove the retaining piece 62 and remove the retaining piece 62. After shifting the position, the inner and outer shoji 32, 40 are lifted and removed. In this case, the lower end of the outdoor side of the inner shoji lower stile 34 and the inner rail 1
3 and the upper end of the rain return 16 is the inner shoji 32
As shown in FIG. 6, the inner shoji 32 can be removed indoors first, and then the outer shoji 40 can be removed. 40 can be easily and reliably removed by one person, and accidents such as accidentally dropping the outer shoji 40 out of the window can be prevented.

In addition, in the above example, a two-sliding soundproof sash was shown, but in the present application, two-sliding soundproof sashes were used for the inner and outer shoji
It goes without saying that the same method can be applied to a four-sliding soundproof sash with inner or outer shoji panels that are fitted one by one into the window frame. Furthermore, in the case of a sash in which the inner and outer shoji cannot be completely retracted, the upper end of the chimney return of the inner shoji may be cut out so that the inner shoji can be lifted up a large distance without interfering with the outer shoji.

As described above, in the present invention, when the inner and outer shoji are pulled toward the indoor side in a closed state, the contact portions provided on the indoor side pieces of the upper stile, lower stile, and door frame of the inner shoji are moved inside. In addition to being crimped to the inner shoji frame airtight material attached to the shoji guide hanging wall, inner rail, and retaining wall, the abutting parts provided on the upper and lower stile and indoor side pieces of the door frame of the outer shoji are attached to the inner shoji frame. It is crimped to the airtight material of the outer shoji frame attached to the guide hanging wall, step wall, and retaining wall, and this allows the space between the inner and outer shoji and the window frame to be continuously closed, resulting in high airtightness and soundproofing. can be secured. In addition, when removing the inner or outer shoji from the window frame, by lifting the inner shoji, the lower end of the lower stile on the outdoor side of the inner shoji can be made higher than the upper end of the inner rail or rain cover, allowing the inner shoji to be moved indoors or out. As a result, the outer shoji can be easily and safely removed without the inner shoji, and the accident of dropping the outer shoji out of the window can be prevented. In addition, since the airtight material for the inner shoji frame of the lower frame is installed on the outdoor side of the inner rail, even if the amount of the inner rail is raised is large, the lower end of the indoor side of the lower stile of the inner shoji and the upper edge of the inner rail and rain return As a result, the amount of lifting of the inner shoji required to move the inner shoji in and out can be reduced, and the dimension of the upper frame can be reduced, which has the effect of increasing the daylighting area of the window frame. .
