Conventional technology and its problems In general, in ordinary sashes, rainwater enters the indoor side of the inner and outer shoji during rainstorms, so there is a large step for water to collect inside the lower frame and between the guide rails for the outer shoji. When the inner and outer shoji are closed, rainwater is collected in the recess that is formed between the outer shoji and its step part to balance the external pressure and ensure the watertightness of the lower part of the outer shoji. There is. On the other hand, in the case of double-sliding soundproof sashes, when the inner and outer shoji are closed and pulled toward the indoor side, the closing member provided on the joining stile of the inner shoji descends, and the lower end of the joining stile of the inner shoji and the lower frame A device has been developed that actively closes the gap between it and the top surface. In addition, recently there has been a demand for sashes in which the inner shoji can be removed to the indoor side in order to prevent the accident of the outer shoji falling to the outside, and soundproof sliding sashes are no longer an exception. Therefore, in the case of the above-mentioned sliding soundproof sash, when the closing member is lowered, the lower end of the closing member must not be much lower than the upper end of the guide rail of the inner sash; The lower frame of a soundproof sash always needs to be designed separately from the lower frame of a normal sash, which poses a problem of increasing management and manufacturing costs.

Purpose and Overview Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and is capable of actively closing the gap between the lower end of the stile and the upper surface of the lower frame of the inner shoji with a closing member, and also allows the lower frame to be used in general. The purpose is to provide an airtight structure for the lower part of the economical sliding soundproof sash that can be used as the bottom frame of an ordinary sash. At the same time, the upper surface of the lower frame between the inner shoji guide rail and the rain return piece is formed to be considerably higher than the outer shoji guide rail.
A stepped section is formed between the guide rails for the outer shoji, and the above-mentioned outer shoji frame packing is attached to the outdoor side of the stepped section so that its upper surface continues to the upper surface of the lower frame, and the outdoor side of the rain return piece is attached to the outer shoji frame packing. Attach the inner shoji frame packing so that the lower surface is continuous with the upper surface of the lower frame, and form the upper surface of the lower frame between the stepped part and the inner shoji guide rail quite low so that it is approximately the same height as the outer shoji guide rail. A large stepped section for water storage is provided on the outdoor side of the guide rail for inner shoji, and the upper surface of the lower frame between the step and the guide rail for inner shoji has the height of the upper surface at the meeting part. An airtight piece is provided that is approximately the same as the upper surface of the lower frame between the rain return piece and the airtight piece, and on the outdoor side of the airtight piece, a packing whose outdoor side is substantially the same as the outdoor side of the outer shoji frame packing is installed over the entire width of the upper and lower sides. A closing member capable of closing the gap between the lower end of the stile, the airtight piece, the packing and the upper surface of the lower frame is provided on the sash of the inner shoji, and is movable up and down by slidingly contacting the sash. In addition, a packing installation groove 47a is formed over the entire length on the indoor side surface of the outdoor stile board 47 of the upper and lower frames 13 and 14, and when the outer shoji 12 is used as a general sash, the packing installation groove 47a is formed over the entire length. A fin-like packing can be attached to 47a. Next, the closing structure of the joining portion of the inner and outer shoji 6, 12 will be described. First, as shown in FIGS. 3, 5, and 11, the connecting stile 10 of the inner shoji 6 is attached to the indoor side of the outdoor stile board 65, and the outer shoji 6, 12 is closed and drawn. A matching packing 66 is attached over the entire length of the stile 16 to be press-fitted to the indoor side of the stile plate 29 on the indoor side. This matching packing 66 may be attached to the outer shoji 12. In addition, the upper and lower frames 2 of the inner and outer shoji frames 10 and the upper and lower frames of the inner and outer shoji frames 10 and 66 are provided when the inner and outer shojis 6 and 12 are in the closed and drawn state. , 3, and a closing member 6 formed to be able to close the gaps between the spaces between the two.
7 and 68 are fitted so as to be movable up and down. As shown in FIGS. 3, 5, 9, and 10, these closing members 67, 68 include closing pieces 67a, 68a molded from synthetic resin material or metal material, and upper and lower portions of these closing pieces 67a, 68a. Band-shaped closure packing 67b, 68 fitted or adhered to the outer periphery
It is composed of b. The closure piece 67a,
The outdoor side portions of the closure packing 68a and the closing packings 67b and 68b are fitted in vertically movable grooves 71 and 72 formed in the upper and lower parts of the outdoor side stile plate 65 of the matching stile 10. The outdoor surfaces of the closing packing 67b and 68b are connected to the closing packing 6.
6, and the side surfaces of the closing packings 67b, 68b are in approximately contact with the side surfaces of the matching packing 66 (including a state in which there is a slight gap in addition to a contact state), so that they can move up and down. It is formed to do so. Further, on the upper surface of the closing member 67 and the lower surface of the closing member 68, guide pieces 22 for inner shoji are provided.
Recesses 73 and 74 are formed to prevent interference between the inner shoji guide rail 35 and the inner shoji guide rail 35. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the indoor side surfaces of these recesses 73 and 74 engage with the inner shoji guide piece 22 and the inner shoji guide rail 35 to pull the inner shoji sash 10 towards the indoor side. The obstructing pieces 67a, 68a of the obstructing members 67, 68 are formed on the slopes 73a, 74a to be obtained, and the obstructing pieces 67a, 68a of the obstructing members 67, 68 also serve as a pulling device for the internal shovel stile 10. The closing pieces 67a and 68a are the third and fifth pieces.

For those with the above configuration, inner and outer shoji 6, 1
2 is closed and the crescent 18 is rotated in the locking direction and engaged with the crescent receiver 19, the inner and outer shoji 6, 12 are drawn and moved toward the closing direction by the action of the crescent 18. Further, as the crescent 18 is rotated in the locking direction, the upper lifting rod 75 is raised as shown in FIG. At the same time, the lower lifting rod 76 is lowered to remove the closing piece 68 of the closing member 68.
The slope 74a of a engages with the inner shoji guide rail 35 and draws the inner shoji stile 10 towards the indoor side. In addition, when the inner and outer shoji 6, 12 are drawn and moved as described above, the door edge stile 9 of the inner shoji 6, the door edge stile 15 of the outer shoji 12, and the joining frame 16 of the outer shoji 12 are moved using known methods. It is pulled and moved toward the indoor side by the pulling device.
Therefore, the contact surface 27 of the indoor stile board 27 of the inner shoji 6
a is the inner shoji frame packing 28, 39 of the window frame 1;
52, and the contact surface 29a of the indoor stile plate 29 of the outer shoji 12 is pressed against the outer shoji frame packing 3.
0, 40, and 56, and at the same time, the indoor side stile board 29 of the outer shoji stile 16 is pressed together with the shim packing 66, the packing 45, and the frame packing 30.
40 is continuously crimped. On the other hand, when the upper closing member 67 is lifted up by the rotation of the crescent 18 in the locking direction, the upper surface of the closing packing 67b of the closing member 67 is exposed to the top plate 20 of the upper frame, as shown in FIG. It is crimped to the groove-filling piece 101 and the outer shoji frame packing 30, and also substantially contacts both sides of the inner shoji guide piece 22, and the indoor side surface of the closing packing 67b is attached to the indoor side stile plate 27 of the inner shoji joining stile 10.
It is crimped to the inner shoji frame packing 28 of the upper frame 2 in a state that is substantially continuous with the abutment surface 27a of the closing packing 67b. The space between the upper end of the inner shoji sash 10 and the sash packing 66 and the upper frame 2 is made airtight (in this application, even a slight gap is considered airtight). (including) is occluded. Also,
When the lower closing member 68 is lowered, the lower surface of the closing packing 68b of the closing member 68 is pressed against the base plate 31 of the lower frame 3 and the airtight piece 42 and comes into contact with both sides of the inner shoji guide rail 35 in the same manner as described above. death,
The indoor side surface of the closing packing 68b is crimped to the inner shoji frame packing 39 of the lower frame 3, and the outdoor side surface of the closing packing 68b is crimped to the indoor side stile plate 29 of the outer shoji fitting stile 16. Frame 1
The gaps between the lower ends of the packing 66 and the lower frame 3 and the airtight piece 42 are hermetically closed. As described above, the spaces between the inner and outer shoji 6 and 12 and between the inner and outer shoji 6 and 12 and the window frame 1 are reliably closed.
When the inner and outer shoji 6 and 12 are closed as described above, the spaces between the inner and outer shoji 6 and 12 and between the inner and outer shoji 6 and 12 and the window frame 1 are actively closed.
The watertightness and soundproofing performance of this sliding soundproof sash can be made extremely high. In addition, since a space with a large height dimension is formed between the lower stile 14 of the outer shoji 12 and the water storage step 41 of the lower frame 3, even if rainwater enters the indoor side of the outer shoji 12 for some reason, This rainwater accumulates in the space, and the pressure on the indoor side of the frame packing 40 can be balanced with the pressure on the outdoor side, thereby preventing an accident of rainwater overflowing into the room.

Next, when opening the inner and outer shoji 6, 12, the crescent 18 is rotated in the unlocking direction. As a result, the closing members 67, 68 are returned to their original positions as shown in FIG. 9, the drawing movement of the inner and outer shoji 6, 12 is released, and the inner and outer shoji 6, 12 become openable and closable. In this state, the inner and outer shoji can be completely slid apart from each other. In this case, the groove filling piece 101 is fitted into the mounting groove 100 and the top plate 2
0Protruding objects below the bottom surface (e.g. fixing screws, etc.)
Since there is no interference between the closing member 67 and the groove filling piece 101 when the inner shoji 6 is opened and closed, it is possible to prevent the closing member 67 from interfering with the groove filling piece 101. In addition, when you want to remove the inner and outer shoji 6, 12, you can move the inner and outer shoji 6 in and out from the indoor side first.
can be removed and installed easily and safely.

In this case, since the airtight piece 42 is attached to the lower frame 3, the inner shoji 6 can be closed by slightly raising the closing member 68 provided on the stile 10 of the inner shoji 6.
This has the advantage that the closing member 68 can be moved up and down stably. In the drawing, the closing member 68 is raised to a position where its lower end is considerably higher than the lower end of the connecting frame 10, but the closing member 68 is raised to a position where its lower end is at the same height as the lower end of the connecting frame 10. It is enough to raise it.

Next, in the case of the above structure, a mounting groove 100 is formed in the top plate 20 of the upper frame 2 in the same manner as the upper frame of a normal sash, and a mounting groove 100 is formed in the base plate 31 of the lower frame 3 in the same way as in the lower frame of a normal sash. A stepped portion 41 for water storage is formed, and the upper stile 7, 13 and the lower stile 8 of the inner and outer shoji 6, 12,
14 has packing mounting grooves 46a and 47 to which fin-like packing can be attached, similar to the upper stile of a normal sash.
Since a is formed respectively, the upper frame 2 and lower frame 3 are used as the upper frame and lower frame of ordinary ordinary sashes (general residential sashes that do not have an airtight structure like soundproof sashes) in the sash production line. Of course, it is possible to
and lower stile 8, 14 are also packing mounting grooves 46a, 47
By attaching fin-like packing to a, it can be used as the upper frame and lower frame of ordinary sash, and as a result, in the manufacturing process, the upper frame 2, lower frame 3, upper frames 7, 13, and lower frames 8, 14 can be used as the upper frame and lower frame of ordinary sash. It can be manufactured on the same line as other products, improving mass production.

Effects of the invention As described above, in the present invention, the inner shoji guide rail is formed at a height that is approximately the same as the height of the rain flap, and there is a large stepped water pool on the outdoor side of the inner shoji guide rail. An airtight piece for water storage is provided at the meeting part of the upper surface of the lower frame between the step and the inner shoji guide rail, so when the shoji is closed and drawn,
A deep water reservoir recess can be formed between the outer shoji lower stile and the water reservoir step, and as a result, water that has entered the indoor side of the outer shoji can be collected in the water reservoir recess and balanced with the external pressure, making it possible to prevent indoor water leakage during rainstorms. It can reliably prevent rainwater from entering. In addition, attach the outer shoji frame packing to the step part of the lower frame so that the upper surface continues to the upper surface of the lower frame.
The inner shoji frame packing is attached to the rain return piece so that the lower surface is continuous with the upper surface of the lower frame, and the airtight piece is provided with packing that is substantially flush with the outdoor side of the outer shoji frame packing so as to cover the entire upper and lower width, Since the closing member that closes the space of the connecting part of the inner shoji connecting stile is installed so that it can be raised and lowered, when the closing member is lowered,
With the closing member, the space surrounded by the inner shoji frame, the inner shoji frame packing, the upper surface of the lower frame, the airtight piece, the packing, and the outer shoji frame can be reliably closed with high airtightness and watertightness. , the soundproofing performance of soundproofing satsushi can be improved. In addition, the height of the inner shoji guide rail is made high so that it is almost the same as the height of the rain return piece, and the upper surface of the lower frame between the inner shoji guide rail and the rain return piece is also formed high, so that the height of the airtight piece is increased. The upper surface of the lower frame between the inner shoji guide rail and the rain return piece is made to be approximately the same as the upper surface of the lower frame, and the closing member is in pressure contact with the upper surface of the airtight piece and the upper surface of the lower frame, so by slightly raising the closing member, the inner The shoji can be made higher than the guide rail for the inner shoji and the rain return piece, and as a result, even if the sash is a soundproof sash that has a large step for collecting water on the outdoor side of the guide rail for the inner shoji, the inner shoji can be easily moved indoors. There are safety effects that can be removed. In addition, since the bottom frame has a large stepped section for water storage, this bottom frame can be used as the bottom frame for regular sashes, and the bottom frame for soundproof sashes that can be taken in and out can be manufactured at the same time as the bottom frame for regular sashes, allowing for mass production. This has the effect of reducing costs.
