(Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a sheet with improved adhesion to a base material suitable for interior materials such as flooring and wall materials. (Prior Art and Its Problems) Conventionally, sheets backed with synthetic resins had low adhesion strength to the substrate, and had drawbacks such as peeling during use, especially when applied to flooring. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present application is an invention that solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is a sheet in which a surface layer and a plastic synthetic resin layer below the surface layer are laminated. A portion of the powder consisting of at least one species is
adheres to the surface of the flexible resin layer to be adhered to the base,
The gist thereof is a sheet with improved adhesiveness, characterized in that the surface of the powder is exposed to the air. The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the sheet of the present invention, where 1 is a surface layer;
2 is a flexible synthetic resin layer (hereinafter referred to as adhesive resin layer) to be adhered to the base. The sheet with improved adhesiveness of the present invention has a surface layer 1 and an adhesive resin layer 2. Surface layer 1 is made of vinyl leather, printed paper vinyl coated sheet, colored granular monolith layer, foam - printed layer - transparent surface layer, foam - non-foamed surface layer, glass non-woven fabric - pre-vinyl chloride (PVC). ) Thick ink pattern layer - transparent surface layer, etc. are exemplified, and known leather, floor materials, wall materials, etc. can be applied. An adhesive resin layer is laminated below the surface layer. As the adhesive resin layer 2, PVC, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polypropylene, attaching polypropylene, polyurethane, etc. can be used. Note that the surface layer 1 and the adhesive resin layer 2 may be reinforced with a nonwoven glass fabric or the like at any position. Powder 3 is adhered to the base adhesive surface of the adhesive resin layer 2, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing the adhesive resin layer in the present invention. Powder 3 is an inorganic powder defined as an aggregate of heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, clay, magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, potassium feldspar, pentonite, silica powder, and aerosil, and rice husk powder. , wood flour. The powder 3 has a particle size of 0.1 to 1000 μm, preferably 1 to 300 μm. Among the above powders, rice husk powder is particularly desirable. The method of fixing the powder 3 to the adhesive resin layer 2 is to apply an adhesive 4 such as PVC paste, acrylic latex, SBR latex, etc. to the adhesive surface of the adhesive resin layer 2, and then apply a powder that does not come into contact with the adhesive or resin layer. Examples include a method in which the body is removed and the adhesive is heated and solidified. A portion of the powder 3 is fixed to the adhesive surface of the adhesive resin layer 2, and the surface thereof is exposed to the air. When adhesively applying the sheet of the present invention, an adhesive is applied to the base and the sheet of the present invention is placed on top of the adhesive. The adhesive is interposed between the adhesives and a strong adhesive force is developed between the two, especially for epoxy adhesives. Furthermore, the present invention can effectively utilize agricultural waste such as rice husk powder. As described above, the present invention improves the adhesive properties of the sheet regardless of the adhesive used, and for example, even when applied to flooring, the sheet did not peel off from the base due to walking, chair casters, etc. The sheet of the present invention is suitable as flooring material, wall material, furniture covering material, and other covering materials. Example: PVC on the flexible PVC sheet that is the surface layer
Apply paste sol and apply Example 1 on the applied surface.
In ~4, powders of heavy calcium carbonate (product name NN-200) with an average particle size of 20 μm, light calcium carbonate (product name CCR) with an average particle size of 1 μm, silica powder with a diameter of 70 μm, and rice husk powder with an average particle size of 40 μm were applied excessively and heated. After that, excess powder was removed. When the obtained sheet was used upside down, the powder remained tightly adhered to the adhesive surface of the PVC sheet. The adhesive surface of the thus obtained sheet and an untreated sheet as a comparative example were adhered to the base using acrylic adhesive, SBR adhesive, or epoxy adhesive, and after one week, the sheets were peeled off at 90 degrees and a 5 cm wide sheet was bonded. The adhesive strength is shown in Table 1.

[Table] In the case of the comparative example, the adhesiveness to epoxy adhesives was particularly poor, and the adhesiveness to acrylic adhesives and SBR adhesives was not high. Example 1~
In No. 3, the peel strength was doubled for both acrylic and SBR adhesives, and surprisingly, the peel strength was 12 times higher for the epoxy adhesive. In Example 4, the peel strength was improved by 3 times for the acrylic and SBR types, and by 14 times for the epoxy type. In the present invention, it is understood that rice husk powder particularly contributes to improving peel strength, and has a particularly remarkable effect on epoxy adhesives. (Effects of the Invention) The effects of the present invention are that compared to conventional synthetic resin backing sheets, the adhesive strength with the base is 2 to 3 times greater with acrylic and SBR adhesives, and surprisingly 12 times greater with epoxy adhesives.
~14 times as many. Even when the sheet was applied to flooring, the flooring did not peel off from the base due to walking, chair casters, etc. Rice husk, an agricultural waste that previously caused smoke damage when burned, can now be used effectively.
