From this point of view, in prefabricated houses, it is conceivable that the panel lattices may be installed at the construction site to avoid damage to the building panels, which are the building components, during the transportation process, but in that case, the window glass and window frames may also be installed. This will have to be done on-site, and once the grid has been installed, it will not be possible to install the window glass or frame from outside, so you will have to go indoors to do the work.

That is, the screen grid according to the present invention, as shown in the figure, includes a window frame portion 1 attached to the outdoor side of the glass 11, a screen grid mounting bracket 2, a screen grid 3, a screw cover 4, and a bracket 2 on the window frame 1. Screw 2 to attach
5 and screws 33 for attaching the surface grid 3 to the bracket 2, and the bracket 2 for mounting the surface grid
The grid contacting part 21 and the window frame contacting part 22 are configured in a shape that is perpendicular to each other, and when the window frame contacting part 22 is attached to the inner surface of the window frame 1 with screws 25, there is a gap between them. A gap 27 opened toward the outside is formed, and jagged irregularities 26 are provided on the surface of the window frame abutting portion 22 facing the window frame 1 in the gap 27, and the surface lattice 3 is attached to the window frame 1. It is attached with screws 33 in contact with the surface grid abutting portion 21 of the bracket 2, and when the screws 33 are inserted into the places on the outer surface of the surface grid 3, the screws 33 are inserted. Plate 3 to the extent that the head is buried.
The screw cover 4 is configured so that the screw covering part 41 and the insertion part 42 are perpendicular to each other, the insertion part 42 is shaped to fit into the gap 27, and the jagged unevenness is formed. A jagged unevenness 43 is formed on the surface facing 26 so that the jagged unevenness 26 and 43 closely engage with each other, and the screw covering part 41 is inserted into the gap 27 so that the insertion part 42 is inserted into the gap 27. In the fitted state, the screws 33 fit into the fitting locations of the surface grid 3 recessed from the outer surface, and the inner surface of the screw covering portion 41 facing the screws 33 is located on the indoor side from the outer surface of the surface grid 3. into a shape that covers the head of the screw 25.
The present invention is characterized in that the head of the screw 25 is installed at a position where the head of the screw 25 is covered by the side surface 32 of the periphery 31 of the surface grid when the surface grid 3 is attached in contact with the surface grid abutting portion 21.

Screen grid contacting part 21 of the screen grid mounting bracket 2
The window frame abutting part 22 and the window frame abutting part 22 are orthogonal to each other in an L shape, and the window frame abutting part 22 and the holding part 23 are continuous approximately in parallel. It is fixed by coming into contact with it through.

There is a step 24 between the contact part 22 and the clamping part 23, and a gap 27 is created between the clamping part 23 and the inner surface 12 in the abutting and fixed state.
5 falls into and hides in the abutting part 22 recessed from the clamping part, and therefore, the face grid 3 is fitted between the left and right clamping parts 23 and 23' without being obstructed by the head of the screw, and is screwed in by the screw 33. It is attached to the contact part 21.

(4) After installation, tighten the mounting screw 2 of bracket 2.
5 is hidden in the side wall 32 of the surface lattice 3, and the surface lattice 3
The mounting screws 33 are hidden under the screw cover 4, and the screw cover 4 is integrated with the bracket 2, so the mounting structure of the surface grid 3 is difficult to distinguish from the outside, and the screw cover 4 installed at the end is also hidden. Since it is firmly held between the window frame 1 and the bracket 2, there will be no problem in terms of crime prevention.
