Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional renovated sash mentioned above, by fitting each cover piece into the opening of the old window frame, the prospective surface of the old window frame can be completely covered. Although it has the advantage of not requiring interior materials such as new frames, it is necessary to set the length of each frame of the renovated satsushi for each type of old window frame and frame it accurately, and in addition, it is necessary to set the length of each frame of the renovated satsushi for each type of old window frame. In addition to requiring a high degree of skill to fit the refurbished sash into the sash, it was difficult to position the refurbished sash.
In addition, in this type of renovated sash, the shoji running part is located on the outside of the old window frame, so the shoji running part tends to fall down due to its own weight, so to prevent this, it is necessary to install many mounting screws on the cover piece. There was a problem that spoiled Satsushi's beauty.

Next, the receiving frames 30, 27, 31, and 32 are fixed to the prospective surfaces 4a, 5a, 6a, and 7a of the old window frame 1, respectively. Thereafter, the cover piece 16 of the framed sash and the mounting pieces 17, 18, 19 are attached to the receiving frames 30, 27, 3.
1 and 32 from the outdoor side, and place the cover piece 16 of the lower frame 12 on the receiving frame 27. In this state, push the sash toward the room to remove the contact part 25 from the outside. The contact portions 28 of the upper frame 4 are brought into contact with the receiving frames 27, respectively, to position the shoji travel frame 15 in the indoor and outdoor directions. Next, left and right mounting pieces 1
8, 19 and the receiving frames 31, 32, respectively, with wedge pieces 36a,

Since 37b is inserted near the mounting pieces 18 and 19, the mounting pieces 18 and 19 can be firmly fixed. Next, a wedge piece 4 is placed between the mounting piece 17 of the upper frame 11 and the receiving frame 30.
0a and 40b are inserted to fix the vertical movement of the shoji running frame 15. In this case, wedge pieces 40a and 40b are inserted between the receiving frame 30 attached to the old upper frame 4,
Moreover, since the wedge pieces 40a and 40b are inserted near the mounting piece 17, the mounting piece 17 can be firmly fixed.
You can definitely do it. Next, attach the cover piece 16 and the mounting pieces 17, 18, 19 to the mounting screws 29, 41, 38,
39 to the old window frame 1. In this case, since the attachment pieces 17, 18, and 19 are fixed near the shoji running frame 15, it is possible to reliably prevent the shoji running frame 15 from lowering. Thereafter, the engaging concave portions 21a, 22a of the cover plates 21, 22 are engaged with the engaging convex portions 18a, 19a of the mounting pieces 18, 19, and the cover plate 21,

Effects of the invention As described above, in the case of the present invention, when renovating an old window frame, the cover piece and the mounting piece are inserted into the old window frame from the outdoor side without removing the old window frame, and the upper and lower After the abutting part of the frame is brought into contact with the outdoor side of the old window frame or receiving frame to determine the indoor/outdoor positioning, the cover piece and mounting piece are fixed to the old window frame by positioning them vertically and horizontally. By fixing the cover plate to the old window frame while overlapping the mounting piece, it is possible to cover the exposed surface of the old window frame, and at the same time, a new shoji running frame can be installed on the outdoor side of the old window frame. can be renovated easily, quickly, and cheaply without damaging the interior or exterior materials. In addition, the contact parts of the upper and lower frames of the shoji running frame contact the outdoor side of the old window frame or the receiving frame to determine the indoor/outdoor positioning, so the receiving frame is located on the outside of the room compared to the shoji running frame of the renovated sash. No need for parts,
The exterior appearance from the outside after renovation can be created using only the renovated satsushi, which has the advantage of not damaging the aesthetics. In addition, as mentioned above, mounting pieces were provided on the upper frame and vertical frame to cover a part of the corresponding prospective surface of the old window frame, and these mounting pieces were fixed to the old window frame. The gap between the old window frame and the old window frame can be reliably eliminated using the spacer, and the refurbished satsushi can be fixed to the old window frame near the shoji running section. It can be firmly fixed and prevent the shoji running frame from falling and deforming. In addition, the cover plate that covers the projected surface of the old window frame is made a separate member from the upper frame and vertical frame of the shoji running frame, and is overlapped with the inner surface of the mounting piece, so the old upper frame, which often changes in terms of fitting Even if the shape of the old vertical frame part is different, the shoji running frame can be used in common by preparing a cover plate that is suitable for various deformations.Furthermore, the frame can be integrated with the cover plate, and it can be used in a variety of ways. Old window frames with different shapes can be renovated at low cost.
Additionally, the mounting piece and its mounting screws can be covered up to maintain a beautiful appearance.
