Conventionally, an embedding hole is drilled in a base material such as concrete or rock, and a capsule-type adhesive composition in which a liquid synthetic resin and its curing agent are isolated from each other and housed in an easily breakable container is inserted into the embedding hole. A construction method in which a fixing member such as an embedded anchor is inserted while rotating, the container is destroyed by the fixing member, and the synthetic resin and a hardening agent are stirred and mixed and cured, and the fixing member is embedded and fixed as is. is well known.
Alternatively, a filling type adhesive composition consisting of a liquid synthetic resin and its curing agent is mixed and kneaded, injected into the embedding hole, the fixing member inserted, waiting for the adhesive to harden, and then embedding the fixing member as is. A fixing method is also known.

When such an embedded anchor with an internal thread is inserted into an embedded hole filled with adhesive as described above, the adhesive rises through the gap between the hole wall and the embedded anchor, causing the base material surface and It overflows to the proximal surface of the embedded anchor and easily flows into the internal thread. Therefore, when the adhesive hardens and the embedded anchor is fixed, the adhesive that has flowed into the internal thread will get in the way and prevent you from screwing in the bolts for attaching the equipment, so you need to remove them or rethread them. This is extremely troublesome. Further, when inserting the embedded anchor, it is necessary to carefully insert the embedded anchor so that the adhesive does not flow into the internal thread, which significantly reduces work efficiency.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, and when fixing with adhesive into the embedded hole of the base material, the adhesive does not flow into the internal thread and can be inserted and fixed efficiently. The purpose is to provide an embedded anchor that can securely screw in a bolt.

The embedded anchor of this embodiment thus constructed is fixed in the embedded hole in the order shown in FIG. 4, and equipment is attached thereto. That is, a hole 32 larger than the length and outer diameter of the main body 14 is drilled in a base material 31 such as concrete or bedrock using a rock drill, and the hole 32 is filled with a liquid synthetic resin mainly composed of unsaturated polyester, for example. A filling type adhesive composition composed of a curing agent made of silica powder containing an oxide catalyst is mixed and kneaded, and this adhesive 33 is injected into the embedding hole 32 (the fourth
(A), then the embedded anchor is inserted concentrically into the embedded hole 32 (FIG. 4B) until the proximal end surface 12 of the main body 14 is substantially flush with the surface of the base material 31. When the adhesive 33 has hardened in this state, the auxiliary main body 15 is struck with a hammer 34 to break the thin portion 20 and remove it (FIG. 4C). Even if the adhesive 33 overflows on the surface of the embedding hole 32 and the proximal end surface 12 of the main body 14 during insertion, it will not flow into the hole 17, and the hole 17 can be inserted into the auxiliary main body 15 to prevent the adhesive 33 from flowing into the hole 17. larger than the diameter and internal thread 18
Since the beginning of the bolt is located closer to the distal end than the proximal end surface 12 of the main body 14, even if the thin wall portion 20 is broken and a burr is generated, it will not interfere with screwing in the bolt. Next, the equipment 35 is stacked on the surface of the base material 31, and the bolts 36 are screwed into the internal threads 18 for installation (FIG. 4D).

A planar hexagonal receiving part 43 is integrally provided in the cylindrical member, and an annular notch 44 is provided at a position indicating the embedding depth of the proximal end of this cylindrical member, and the distal end thereof is defined as the main body 45, and the proximal end thereof is provided as a main body 45. Said cut 4
The auxiliary main body 47 is divided by a thin wall portion 46 made by the auxiliary main body 47, and is further provided with a hole 49 reaching into the main body 45 from the proximal end surface 48 of the receiving portion 43, and this hole 49 is provided with an internal thread in the main body 45. 50 was formed. The internal thread 50 starts a little closer to the distal end than the proximal end face 51 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the main body 45, and is formed to have a slightly larger diameter than the root diameter of the internal thread 50 of the hole 49.

As described above, according to the present invention, whether a capsule type or a filling type adhesive composition is used, it is embedded and fixed in the embedding hole of the base material, and the internal threaded hole of the main body is penetrated at the tip. In addition, since the auxiliary body is provided protruding from the base, the adhesive will not enter the hole from the tip during installation, and even if the adhesive overflows from the embedded hole, the auxiliary body protruding from the base of the body will prevent the adhesive from entering the hole from the tip. This prevents the adhesive from flowing into the internal threads, making it possible to screw in bolts and attach equipment without having to go through the troublesome process of removing the adhesive adhering to the internal threads or retapping the screws. . In addition, since the auxiliary body can be held and inserted into the embedding hole without worrying that adhesive will flow into the internal thread, it can be inserted and fixed with high efficiency, and the auxiliary body is separated from the main body by a thin section. Therefore, not only can it be easily removed by hitting it with a hammer, but also the starting end of the internal thread is set slightly closer to the distal end than the proximal end surface of the main body, and the proximal end of the internal thread of the hole is made to have a slightly larger diameter than the internal thread root diameter. Therefore, even if burrs are formed when removed, the burrs do not cover the internal threads and impede screwing in the bolt. Furthermore, it can be inserted accurately to a predetermined depth using the thin wall portion as a mark.
