[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The invention relates to an instrument for skin testing by injuring multiple points on the skin and supplying a test liquid. It relates to products used for skin tests such as functional tests or drug hypersensitivity reaction tests (hereinafter referred to as allergy).

[Prior Art] Allergy is a hypersensitive reaction caused by the action of a certain substance on a living body, resulting in diseases such as urticaria, allergic conjunctivitis, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and allergic rhinitis. In such allergy diagnosis, knowing what kind of substance the patient is allergic to and how many types there are is a medically important diagnostic tool and the first step in treatment.

Currently, the most common method is to intradermally inject the test solution into multiple points on the skin of the arm or back. If the patient exhibits symptoms such as wheals (swelling that looks like a mosquito bite), it is determined to be positive, and tests are conducted to determine if the patient is allergic to the substance. In this case, it was customary to test, for example, eight points first, and then, if unknown, to test eight additional points at once. However, administering multiple injections not only takes time to conduct the test, but also poses a problem in that children in particular are reluctant to administer the test, and doctors must prepare hundreds of syringes in advance to accommodate the number of patients. It was hot. In addition, with intradermal injection, if the test solution accidentally enters the blood vessel, there is a risk that allergic symptoms will be induced rapidly and severely, resulting in shock symptoms.

A multi-point skin testing device disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 14071/1983 is known to solve the above-mentioned problems caused by intradermal injection. This skin testing device consists of a handle portion in the form of an elongated flat plate, connecting members that extend from the left and right sides into a rod shape and whose distal ends are bent downwards, and connecting members that are directed downward from the distal ends of the handle portions at predetermined intervals. It is composed of press needles spaced apart from each other.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] According to such a device, a pressure needle must be inserted into the base block, which stores test liquids in respective recesses, to apply the test liquid as shown in FIG. 5 of the same publication. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6 of the same publication, a structure may be considered in which a tube containing the test liquid is previously assembled to the pressure needle.

However, the test device consisting of the holder body, the connecting member and the punch member is expensive and must be discarded after each test, resulting in waste.

Therefore, if combined with the technique of attaching and detaching the pressing needle part and the holder part shown in the inoculation tools of Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 49-19597 and 51-19277, it would be possible to provide a magnet in each connecting member and punch with a pressing needle. A structure in which the member is provided with a ferromagnetic material and can be attached and detached by adsorption is expected.

In this case, removing and attaching a large number of each punch member from each connecting member for each test is not only troublesome because each punch member is small, but also requires a large number of operations, which causes fatigue for the doctor. Generally, a single doctor tests about 20 to 100 people a day, so even if 50 people are involved, the work of putting on and removing the device would be about 800 times, so it is predicted that this is no longer realistic.

A technique has also been disclosed in which the pressure needle is equipped with a cushion or sheet for retaining liquid, but in this case the manufacturing process is complicated, the device must be stored and managed in the same way as the test liquid, and it is expensive. It is predicted that

Therefore, the present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned current situation, and when conducting a multi-point skin test depending on the patient's symptoms, it is easy to perform and prevents contamination with bacteria. This is the main purpose.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The cartridge in the multi-point skin test device according to the present invention to achieve the above problems is as follows:
A frame portion that integrally connects a large number of punch members and has a portion that is detachably attached to the holder body; an upper cylinder portion that protrudes from the upper surface of the frame portion and constitutes a test liquid supply path from the holder body; ,
It is characterized by being composed of a lower frame portion that protrudes from the lower surface of the frame portion, and multiple press needles that protrude from the end surface of the lower frame portion and communicate with the test liquid supply channel through communication holes. It is.

If the holder body is held and the pressure needle is applied to the skin of the patient to be examined and the holder body is pressed, the pressure needle of the punch member will damage the skin. Due to the above-mentioned pressing, the test liquid in the holder member is supplied to the supply channel in the upper cylinder part, and then to the pressure needle through the communication hole, so that the test liquid is supplied to each wound site on the skin, and Testing becomes possible.

To explain the punch member 20 in detail, it has a cylindrical shape as a whole and has a cylindrical part 23 as a supply part 3, and an upper cylindrical part 23a is configured with a supply path 24 from a bolt 30, and a communication hole 25 is formed in the upper part 23a of the punch member 20. A pressing needle 26 protrudes from the end surface 23c of the lower cylindrical portion 23b.

According to the above configuration, when the cartridge 2 is attached to the holder main body 1, if the cartridge 2 is positioned on the lower surface of the holder 11, the magnetized portion 14 magnetizes the metal piece 22. In this case, since the contractile force of the abdomen 32 is configured to be slightly stronger than the above-mentioned magnetic absorption force, it is temporarily fixed through the gap α as shown in FIG.

In use, by gripping the gripping portion 10 and pressing the pressure needles 26 against the skin (not shown), the respective end surfaces 23d can be applied to each abdomen 3 as shown in FIG.
2... is in a contracted state, and the pressing needles 25... injure multiple points on the skin at the same time. At the same time, a certain amount of the test liquid is dripped from each extraction port 33 as the abdomen 32 contracts. The test liquid flows from the supply path 24 through the communication hole 25 to the pressure needle 26, so that it is individually supplied to the wound site.

After use, when the grip part 10 is gripped and released from the arm part, the cartridge 2 is restored as shown in FIG. 3 by the restoring force of the abdomen 32, and the supply of the test liquid is also stopped. Therefore, the cartridge 2 can be removed against the magnetizing force, and a new cartridge 2 can be reinstalled and used in the same manner as described above.
