Toy fireworks should of course be made with safety in mind. Therefore, the most difficult task for those skilled in the art was how to create interesting toy fireworks using a small amount of safe gunpowder, but the bursting sound, especially the popping sound, is essential for toy fireworks because it enlivens the mood. It was hot. However, conventional toy fireworks emit this popping sound from an aluminum explosion.
Because it was released by using dangerous explosives with a fast burning rate, such as quince stone, the amount and conditions for use were strict, making it difficult to create interesting items.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and is an improvement so that a popping sound called "bang" can be produced by using safe gunpowder with a relatively slow burning rate.

form. Then, 60 to 80% by weight of potassium perchlorate (KClO 4 ), potassium hydrogen phthalate (C 6 H 4 (COOK) (COOH)), sodium salicylate (HOC 6 H 4 COON a ) or sodium benzoate ( 40 to 20% by weight of a mixture of C 6 H 5 COON a )
First, as shown in Figure 1A, a portion of the mixed slow-burning gunpowder that produces a whistle-like sound when burned is inserted into the inner bottom of the bottomed cylinder 1, and a fixed size is set at the center of the tip. A gunpowder (indicated by reference numeral 2) is produced by striking the rear end of the stuffing rod 4 with a press (not shown) using a stuffing rod 4 on which a round bar-shaped small protrusion 3 is formed. Fill with appropriate pressure. Next, the stuffing rod 4 is pulled out from the bottomed cylindrical body 1, a sounding gunpowder 6 similar to the sounding gunpowder 2 is inserted, and a stuffing rod 7 whose tip is formed into a substantially flat shape is used to press the stuffing rod 4 into a press machine. By striking the rear end of the stuffing rod 7, the gunpowder 6 is filled with appropriate pressure. Further, the upper part of the sounding gunpowder 6 is filled with sounding gunpowder 8 by the same means, and the sounding gunpowder is pressurized and compacted by the stuffing rod 7 to such an extent that the sounding gunpowder does not separate from the bottomed cylinder 1. do. As shown in E, the tip of the fuse 9, one end of which is connected to the sounding gunpowder 8, is led out from the opening edge of the end of the bottomed cylinder 1.

Fig. 2 shows a toy firework body attached to the tip of a bamboo material 10 formed in the shape of a thin rod by wrapping aluminum foil 11 with a surface printed on it. If the gunpowder is inserted into a suitable container and the fuse 9 is ignited to burn the gunpowder, it will fly into the air making a burning sound. Then, combustion progresses and the cavity 3'
When this happens, the air in the cavity 3' expands rapidly, producing a popping sound.

In addition, in the event of the rupture, the bottom of the bottomed cylinder 1 may break, so it is desirable to cover it with a plastic cap-like covering (not shown) to ensure safety. By the way, if a very small amount of about 0.1 to 0.2 g of black powder is filled adjacent to the cavity 3', the air expands more rapidly in the cavity 3', thereby increasing the plosive sound. Further, in the above embodiment, bamboo material is attached to the toy firework body, but the present invention is of course not limited to this. For example, a plurality of wings may be formed on the outer periphery of the firework body. It is also free to manufacture it to have an external shape similar to that of a so-called rocket. Although sodium benzoate is used in the above embodiments, other alkali metal salts of benzoic acid such as potassium benzoate may also be used.

As described above, the present invention uses a slow-flaming, safe gunpowder made of a mixture of potassium perchlorate, potassium hydrogen phthalate, and sodium salicylate or an alkali metal salt of benzoic acid to produce a bursting sound. Since the product is made to be able to release the product, it is possible to obtain an interesting product without causing any danger in handling even if it is widely used as a toy. In particular, the above-mentioned potassium hydrogen phthalate has remarkable advantages as a toy firework, such as being able to make a loud popping sound by mixing it, and also reducing the product cost because this raw material can be obtained stably at a relatively low cost for industrial use. There is.
