(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to a hot plate used for cooking food, and in particular a heating plate, a removable lid that covers the heating plate, and a removable lid that can be installed between the heating plate and the lid. The present invention relates to a hot plate provided with an intermediate shelf for placing food through which hot air can pass. (Prior art) In a conventional hot plate, a connecting protrusion formed on an intermediate shelf passes through a connecting hole formed in a lid, and a locking member on the lid is manually moved to a connecting position. There is a device in which the locking member connects the lid and the intermediate shelf, and the locking member is manually moved from the connecting position to the release position to release the connection between the lid and the intermediate shelf. (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in this conventional hot plate, with the intermediate shelf mounted on the heating plate,
When covering the heating plate with the lid, there is a risk of forgetting to connect the locking member, and in that case, even if the lid is removed to check the cooking status of the food inside the heating plate, the It got in the way and I couldn't check it right away, and I had to go through the troublesome process of removing the middle shelf. (Purpose of the invention) This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to be able to reliably connect and release the intermediate shelf and the lid using a locking member with a simple operation, and to connect and release the intermediate shelf and the lid with ease. After the release, the locking member can be reliably held in the released position, and furthermore, once the two are connected, the locking member will be held in the connected position unless the release operation is performed, and the two will not be integrated. The object of the present invention is to provide a hot plate that can be handled with ease. (Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above object, this invention includes a connecting hole formed in the lid, a connecting protrusion that is provided on the intermediate shelf and can penetrate the connecting hole, a first position in which the connecting protrusion penetrates the connecting hole and engages with the connecting protrusion to connect the lid and the intermediate shelf; and a first position in which the connecting protrusion is disengaged from the connecting protrusion to connect the two. a locking member that is movable to a second position for release; a spring member that normally biases the locking member towards the first position; When the connecting protrusion separates from the connecting hole with the locking member moved to the second position, it engages with the locking member and moves the locking member to the second position against the action of the spring member. The locking member continues to be held in the second position, and the locking member is held in the second position.
When the connecting protrusion passes through the connecting hole while being held in this position, the engagement with the locking member is released based on the engagement with the connecting protrusion, and the spring of the locking member is released. A stopper member is provided for allowing movement of the member to the first position. (Function) Therefore, when the connecting protrusion separates from the connecting hole in a state where the locking member is moved to the second position against the action of the spring member, the stopper member closes the locking member. The locking member is continuously held in the second position against the action of the spring member, and in the state in which the locking member is held in the second position, the connection When the projection passes through the connection hole, the engagement between the stopper member and the locking member is released based on the engagement with the connection projection, and the locking member is moved to the first position by the spring member. movement is permitted. (Example) An example of a hot plate that embodies this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the main body 1 of the hot plate of this example is made of synthetic resin material. It is formed into a substantially short cylindrical shape with a bottom, and a plurality of support legs 2 are provided on the lower surface thereof. Inside the main body 1 is a roughly dish-shaped heating plate 3.
is removably housed, a heater 5 is embedded in its lower surface, and a stepped portion 3a is formed at the upper opening edge. The buried portion of the heater 5 is covered by a heater cover 4 attached to the lower surface of the heating plate 3. A socket 6 and a socket cover 6a that partially covers the socket 6 and protrudes outward through the side opening 1a of the main body 1 are provided on the lower surface of one side of the heating plate 3. A temperature regulator 7 is detachably connected to the socket 6 through a socket cover 6a, and a temperature regulating dial 8 is provided on the temperature regulator 7, which also serves as a power switch. The heating plate 3 is removably provided with a lid 9 made of a metal plate that covers the upper surface of the heating plate 3. The lid 9 is formed into a dome shape so that the inner surface is approximately spherical, and the heating plate 3 is attached to the lower opening edge of the lid 9. A bent portion 9a that engages with the upper end surface and a curling portion 9b that engages with the inner periphery of the upper end of the heating plate 3 are formed to protrude inward. An intermediate shelf 10 for placing food made of a metal plate is removably disposed on the stepped portion 3a of the heating plate 3 so as to be located between the heating plate 3 and the lid 9. When the intermediate shelf 10 and the lid 9 are mounted on the heating plate 3, both 10 and 9
A food storage space is formed in between. At the center of this intermediate shelf 10, a support shaft 11 which also serves as a gripping portion is erected and fixed by a screw 12. This support shaft 11 is made of a synthetic resin material such as phenolic resin that is heat resistant and has poor thermal conductivity.
1 itself can be prevented from overheating. The support shaft 11 also includes a head 11a, a neck 11b, and an upper flange 11 from the upper end to the lower end.
c and a lower flange portion 11d are formed, and the head portion 11a and neck portion 11b constitute a connecting protrusion. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the support shaft 1
1 and near the outer peripheral edge of the intermediate shelf 10, a large number of through holes 13 for passing hot air are formed in the intermediate shelf 10, which are located concentrically around the support shaft 11. Further, the intermediate shelf 10 is formed with three ribs 13 that are substantially annular with the support shaft 11 as the center and located on concentric circles and protrude upward. When food is placed, a gap is formed between the flat upper surface of the intermediate shelf 10 and the food through which hot air can pass. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5, a recess 15 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the lid 9, and the recess 15
Reinforcement plates 16 and 1 are provided on the inner bottom surface and the opening, respectively.
7 are arranged one above the other and are attached to the recess 15 by a plurality of screws 18. The lower reinforcing plate 1 extends through the center of the lid 9 and protrudes into the lid 9.
A protrusion 19 is formed at the center of 6. A stepped connecting hole 20 is formed in the center of the protrusion 19, and the inner diameter of the upper part is larger than that of the lower part.
The head portion 11a and neck portion 11b of the support shaft 11 protrude inwardly from the recess 15 through the connecting hole 20. The upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate 17 is formed into a substantially spherical concave shape, and a boss portion 21 is protruded from the center of the upper surface, and a knob 22 for the lid 9 is attached to the upper surface of the boss portion 21 with a screw 23. There is. Therefore, fingers can be smoothly guided along the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate 17 to the knob 22. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lower reinforcing plate 16

The outer diameter of the upper part of this valve body 34 is the same as that of the accommodation hole 33.
The inner diameter of the upper side part is formed to be approximately the same as the inner diameter, and the outer diameter of the lower side part is formed to be approximately the same as the distance between the pair of opposing ribs 33a. Further, a recess 34a is formed on the lower surface of the valve body 34 and can be engaged with the head 11a. A spring 35 is housed between the upper side of the valve body 34 and the inner end surface of the housing hole 33, and the spring 35 urges the valve body 34 to move downward. Further, among the four ribs 33a, a pair of ribs 33a located on the left and right positions are adapted to be loosely fitted into the guide portion 28c of the locking member 25, and together with the guide protrusion 24, the pair of ribs 33a at the left and right positions 2
It is designed to guide the movement of 5. When the locking member 25 is disposed at the rightward movement position shown in FIG. It is engaged with the stepped portion of the connecting hole 20, thereby restricting the movement of the locking member 25 and closing the connecting hole 20. Further, in this state, when the head 11a of the support shaft 11 is inserted into the connecting hole 20 from below, the valve body 34 resists the biasing force of the spring 35 due to the engagement with the head 11a. is moved to the upper position shown in FIG. 3 and separated upward from the connecting hole 20 and the slit 28;
The locking member 25 is allowed to move to the left. Next, the operation of the hot plate constructed as described above will be explained. Now, when using this hot plate to cook yakiniku, sukiyaki, etc., for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the locking member 25 is moved to the rightward position ( second position). As a result, the release portion 2 of the slit 28
When 8a corresponds to the head 11a of the support shaft 11, the connection between the lid 9 and the intermediate shelf 10 by the locking member 25 is released. In this state, when the lid 9 is lifted, the support shaft 11 escapes from the connection hole 20, and at the same time the valve body 34 moves downward and engages with the release portion 28a and the stepped portion of the connection hole 20, and the locking member 25 Movement is restricted and held at the rightward movement position, and the connecting hole 20 is closed. In this way, the intermediate shelf 10 can be removed from the bottom surface of the lid 9 with a simple one-touch operation, and in this state, if the heater 5 is energized, the above-described cooking can be performed. When the lid 9 is used during this cooking, since the connecting hole 20 of the lid 9 is closed by the valve body 34, steam etc. will not enter between the upper and lower reinforcing plates 16, 17. It is possible to prevent the possibility that the operation of the locking member 25, the wire spring 32, etc. will be inhibited by the steam, or that the locking member 25, the knob 22, etc. will become overheated and become difficult to handle. In addition, when using this hot plate to simultaneously heat food such as bread P using the hot air while grilling food such as a hamburger steak, place the food such as the hamburger steak on the heating plate 3 and then support it. Grip the shaft 11 and place the intermediate shelf 10 on the stepped portion 3a of the heating plate 3. Then, food such as bread P is placed on this intermediate shelf 10 as shown in FIG. Next, when the lid 9 with the locking member 25 held in the rightward movement position is attached to the heating plate 3, the head 11a of the support shaft 11 enters the connecting hole 20 of the lid 9, The head 11
The valve body 34 is moved upward against the biasing force of the spring 35 by engagement with the valve body 34a. When the valve body 34 is separated from the slit 28 of the locking member 25, the locking member 25 is moved to the leftward movement position shown in FIG.
The intermediate shelf 10 and the lid 9 are connected by the engagement between the engaging portion 28b and the neck portion 11b of the support shaft 11. If the heater 5 is energized in this state, food such as hamburgers will be steam-broiled on the heating plate 3, and the hot air containing the steam generated will move onto the intermediate shelf 10 through the through hole 13 of the intermediate shelf 10. ,
The hot air containing the steam simultaneously warms the food such as bread P so that it contains an appropriate amount of moisture without drying out. Furthermore, during the above-mentioned cooking, checking the degree of grilling of the food such as hamburger steak on the heating plate 3,
If you want to turn the food over, use the knob 22.
By lifting the lid 9 from above the heating plate 3, the intermediate shelf 10 and food such as bread P are placed on the lid 9.
Since it can be lifted up integrally with the lid 9 and the intermediate shelf 10, there is no need to touch the hot lid 9 or the intermediate shelf 10, making the operation very easy. In addition, when checking the cooking status of food such as bread P, while holding the knob 22, move the operating part 27 of the locking member 25 toward the knob 22 to release the connection between the lid 9 and the intermediate shelf 10. Then, the lid 9 can be easily removed from the intermediate shelf 10 by a series of operations without releasing the knob 22. Since the support shaft 11 is made of a synthetic resin material that is heat resistant and has poor thermal conductivity, the support shaft 11 is grasped immediately after the cooking of food such as bread P and the intermediate shelf 10 is placed together with the hot food. Can be carried. On the other hand, when using this hot plate to steam foods such as gyoza and Chinese steamed buns, the middle shelf 10
It is used in a state where it is connected to the lid 9. That is, if water is put into the heating plate 3 instead of food such as a hamburger steak, food such as rice cakes, Chinese steamed buns, eggs, etc. is placed on the intermediate shelf 10, and the heater 5 is energized, the heating plate 3 The food on the intermediate shelf 10 can be steamed by the steam generated above. By the way, when cooking was carried out using the hot plate of this example, the results shown in the table could be obtained. Note that "time" in the table indicates the heating time after the plate temperature reaches the set temperature.

[Table] As described above, in the hot plate of this embodiment, when the connection between the intermediate shelf 10 and the lid 9 is released, the locking member 25 moves to the second position against the action of the wire spring 32. Support shaft 1 in the arranged state
1 is separated from the connecting hole 20, the locking member 25 is continuously held in the second position by the valve body 34, which also serves as a stopper member, against the action of the wire spring 32. When connecting the lid 9 and the intermediate shelf 10, there is no need to move the locking member 25, and the valve body 34 and the locking member can be connected by simply attaching the lid 9 to the intermediate shelf 10. The engagement with 25 can be released. Moreover, since the locking member 25 is then allowed to move to the first position by the wire spring 11, the connection between the intermediate shelf 10 and the lid 9 by the locking member 25 is reliably performed. (Effects of the invention) As detailed above, this invention enables the locking member to reliably connect and release the intermediate shelf and the lid with a simple operation, and after the locking member is released, the locking The advantage is that the members can be reliably held in the released position, and furthermore, once the two have been connected, the locking member is held in the connected position unless a release operation is performed, allowing the two to be handled as one unit. It has a great effect.
