詳細は後で述べるが、蓋体の内部で回動するレバ
ーが調理器本体側と係脱するため、蓋体の下部に
貫通穴を設ける必要がある。ところが、一般に保
温機能を有する電気調理器の蓋体には、蓋ヒータ
12(第5図参照)が設けられ、通電状態で使用
