さらに、突出部10があることにより意匠上もス
ツキリとせず、機能優先のデザインとなつてい
た。このため、調理器本体5より外に部品を設け
ることなしに、蓋体3を係脱する構成が望まれて
いたが、新たな問題が発生したのである。第4図
は本考案の一実施例の部分断面図であり、部品の
詳細は後で述べるが、蓋体の内部で回動するレバ
ーが調理器本体側と係脱するため、蓋体の下部に
貫通穴を設ける必要がある。ところが、一般に保
温機能を有する電気調理器の蓋体には、蓋ヒータ
12(第5図参照)が設けられ、通電状態で使用
されるのが常であり、したがつて、前述したよう
に蓋体の下部に貫通穴を設けた場合、この貫通穴
より調理物の蒸気が入り、結露等すると絶縁が保

通穴より蒸気が侵入するのを防止するとともに、
調理器本体の外部に突出部を設けない構成を提供
