That is, the syringe injection device 1 is configured to operate the driven nut 8 by the switching operation applied to the clutch operating portion 9.
When the connection between the drive screw 6 and the drive screw 6 is released,
After setting the pushing head 7 to the pushing start position with respect to the pusher 3A of the syringe 3, the driven nut 8 is moved to the drive screw 6 by a switching action applied to the clutch operation part 9.
By connecting to the syringe 3, the push head 7 is forcibly moved with the rotation of the drive screw 6, and the pusher 3A of the syringe 3 is pushed to release the liquid in the syringe 3 to the outside, thereby injecting into the patient. It is possible to do this. Here, the injection operation by the syringe injection device 1 requires high reliability, such as the need to accurately perform constant, slow injection over a long period of time.

Therefore, in the case of the syringe injection device 1,
When a liquid, etc. drops onto the cabinet, a part of the liquid drops from the slit 2A to the cabinet 2.
There is a risk that the particles may enter the interior of the syringe injection device 1, staining the drive mechanism consisting of the drive motor 5, drive screw 6, driven nut 8, etc., and impairing the reliability of the injection operation by the syringe injection device 1. In addition, the above syringe injection device 1
As described above, since injection is performed at a slow rate over a long period of time, changes in the injection operation in the event of an abnormality are minute, and it is extremely difficult to promptly detect an abnormal state. That is,
The syringe injection device 1 has the risk of causing an abnormality in the injection operation, and it is extremely difficult to promptly detect the occurrence of the abnormality, and it is not possible to ensure stable injection operation with high reliability.

Further, in the case of the syringe injection device 1, the internal space of the cabinet 2, which houses the drive mechanism consisting of the drive motor 5, the drive screw 6, the driven nut 8, etc., has a slit 2A forming a relatively wide opening.
Because it is always open to the outside through
There is a risk that lubricating oil, etc. applied to the drive mechanism to ensure smooth operation of the drive mechanism may adhere to the outer surface of the cabinet 2, the push head 7, the clutch operation part 9, etc., and stain the operator's fingers. This may impair the hygiene and the safety of the injection operation.

In the hollow portion of the connecting pipe 27, an intermediate shaft 36 serving as an intermediate member in the present invention is rotatably extended and arranged. A clutch lever 37, which serves as a clutch operation section in the present invention, is fixed to a portion of the intermediate shaft 36 that projects toward the push head 25 side. The clutch lever 37 is held on both sides by the pushing head 25, and is held by the pushing head 25.
It can be inserted into the housing section 38 inside. A driven nut 39 serving as a driven member in the present invention is fixed to a portion of the intermediate shaft 36 that projects toward the holding member 31 side. The driven nut 39 includes a substantially half-circumferential threaded portion 40, and under the biasing force of a compression spring 41 supported on the back side by the holding member 31, the threaded portion 40 is always kept at the screwed-on position side with the drive screw 20. is under pressure. Further, the driven nut 39 is slidably held on both side walls 34A and 34B of the holding member 31, and is integrated with the pushing head 25 in the pushing direction via the connecting pipe 27. (In addition,
The driven nut 39 may be integrated with the pushing head 25 in the pushing direction via the intermediate shaft 36 and the clutch lever 37 without using the holding member 31 and the connecting pipe 27. ) That is, the clutch lever 37, the intermediate shaft 3
6 and the driven nut 39 are fixed to each other, they apply an operating force to the clutch lever 37 that resists the biasing force of the compression spring 41, and the clutch lever 3
7 is inserted into the accommodating portion 38 of the push head 25, the driven nut 39 is moved through the rotation of the intermediate shaft 36.
rotates between both side walls 34A and 34B of the holding member 31, and the threaded portion 40 of the driven nut 39 engages with the drive screw 2.
0, and it becomes possible to release the connection state between the drive screw 20 and the driven nut 39. Moreover, if the above-mentioned operating force to the clutch lever 37 is removed, the biasing force of the compression spring 41 will cause
The threaded portion 40 of the driven nut 39 returns to its threaded engagement position with the drive screw 20, and the clutch lever 37 projects outward from the housing portion 38 of the push head 25. When the drive screw 20 rotates while the threaded portion 40 of the driven nut 39 and the drive screw 20 are screwed together, the driven nut 39 moves with the rotation of the drive screw 20, and the driven nut 39 and the drive screw 20 move as described above. The pushing head 25, which is integrated in the pushing direction, is also movable in the pushing direction.

Specific Effects of the Invention When using the syringe injection device 10 described above, the syringe 12 filled with a liquid agent is first held in the syringe holding portion 13 . Here, the flange portion 14 of the syringe 12 is engaged with the engagement groove portion 15, and the outer cylinder portion 16 of the syringe 12 is held under pressure by the clamp arm 17. A liquid drug injection catheter is connected to the tip 12A of the syringe 12 held in this manner.

The movement of the clutch lever 37 is controlled by the driven nut 39.
The intermediate shaft 36 that transmits the information to the connecting pipe 27 is disposed to extend into the hollow part of the connecting pipe 27, and the intermediate part of the connecting pipe 27 is inserted into the insertion hole 29 provided in the vertical wall of the cabinet 11 through the sealing member 30 in a liquid-tight manner. , the inside and outside of the cabinet 11 can be sealed liquid-tight.

In particular, since the connecting tube 27 is inserted through the insertion hole 29 so as to be able to move in the axial direction, the sealing surface of the sealing member 30 provided in the insertion hole 29 is always stably and tightly adhered to the entire outer surface of the connecting tube 27. On the other hand, in the case where something like the connecting pipe 27 moves from one end of a slit provided in the cabinet to the other end, even if a sealing member is provided in the slit, the sealing surface of the sealing member is connected to the above-mentioned connection. It is not always possible to maintain stable contact with the entire outer surface of something like the tube 27.

Also, due to the presence of the eave-shaped liquid receiving portion 42, the insertion hole 29 for liquid from the side of the syringe holding portion 13 is prevented.
This makes it possible to more reliably prevent liquid from entering the cabinet 11.

According to the above-mentioned syringe injection device 10, the internal space of the cabinet 11 that houses the drive mechanism consisting of the drive motor 19, the drive screw 20, the drive gear 21, the driven gear 22, the driven nut 39, etc. is liquid-tight from the outside space. It is now possible to seal the cabinet 1.
The liquid agent etc. dripped onto the cabinet 11 will not enter the cabinet 11 and contaminate the drive mechanism, and the lubricating oil etc. in the cabinet 11 will not leak into the cabinet 11.
There is no risk of the injection agent adhering to the outer surface of the container, and safe and stable injection operation can be ensured with high reliability.
