【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、自動車内部に配線されるハーネス等
の保護部材に関するものである。

は、上記挿通孔の孔縁を内側に折曲させて形成し
てはいるが、走行中の振動等によりハーネスが特
に該折曲孔縁の先端に接触して、切損するケース
が多々見受けられた。

に対して取付けるものであるから、ハーネスの保
護は完全となる反面、クリツプ自体が自ずと大型
となつてコスト高を招来するばかりか、挿通孔の
異なる穿設形状毎に別のクリツプ本体部を用意し
なければならないと共に、取付作業の面でも煩雑
となることは否なめない。

内部に嵌入するスリツトを長手方向に連続して形
成し、クリツプ体は断面逆U字形を呈すると共
に、両側片の夫々に内方に切起された係止爪を形
成する構成の保護部材を提供することにより、上
記欠点を有効に解決せんとするものである。

者のクリツプ体2は第2図に示す如く所定の打抜
形状の薄肉金属片を折曲加工した断面逆U字形を
呈し、該逆U字形状を構成する両側片4,4の、
先端部4a,4aを夫々外方に拡開して、上記可
撓保護管1の内部に装着される際に該拡開先端部
4a,4aがスリツト3の両側近傍の管内壁面に
係止できる構成とし、且つ該両側片4,4の夫々
に互いに内方に切起された係止爪5,5を形成し
て、該両爪5,5で挿通孔の折曲孔縁の両側面を
挾持できる構成とする。

入すれば、該嵌入により折曲孔縁先端6aは各ク
リツプ体2の両側片4,4間に嵌入されて、該折
曲孔縁の両側面をクリツプ体2の係止爪5,5が
食込んだ状態で挾持するので、可撓保護管1は確
実に固定されることとなる。

されるので、既述の保護クリツプと比し極めて簡
単な構造と簡易な作業でハーネスを確実に保護す
ることが可能となる。
