下方に固定された回転板3及びこの回転板3の下
端面に固定され、回転板3と共に回転する中心軸
4と、脚台1の上部に固定されたドーナツツ形状
の回転板受板5とによつて構成されており、回転
板3と回転板受板5とは、夫々の外周部において
円周方向に添つて形成され、相互に管状に一致す
る支持溝6を具備し、この支持溝6内に介在させ
た複数個の鋼球7を転がり部材として相互に滑動
回転し得るようになつている。ここで回転板受板
5は、回転腰掛を所望の回転位置に固定するため
の固定装置を兼ねており、その外周縁上に所定間
隔おきに多数の切欠溝8を具備している。この回
転板受板5の外側部に、回転板受板5の上記切欠
溝8に対し水平方向から自在に進退する止め爪9
を配置する。この止め爪9は、レバー10を介し
てその反対側に装着したばね11により常時切欠
溝8内に押し込められる方向へ付勢されており、
取手12を引張る事により止め爪9を切欠溝8か
ら脱出させ、台枠2を回転させると共に、レバー
10を切欠溝8に係合させて台枠2を所定方向向
きに固定させ得るようになつている。回転板受板
5の切欠溝8の数又は1の切欠溝8と他の切欠溝
8との間隔は、回転腰掛の用途に応じて自由に増
減することが出来る。また本考案において背ずり
の傾斜角度は、第4図に示すように、背ずり13
の所定の傾斜角度を保持するロツク装置14とこ
のロツク装置14のロツク動作を解除するボタン
15装置によつて構成されている。即ちロツク装
置14の一端側を背ずり13の下端部に取付けた
アーム16に連結すると共に、他端側に構成した
プランジヤー17にレバー18を連結し、更にこ
のレバー18をレリーズ、連結杆等の係合素子1
9を介してボタン15装置側のレバー20に連結
する。図示実施例においては、ボタン15を持上
げることによりレバー20をばね21の張引力に
抗して回転させ、係合素子19として用いられて
いるレリーズを引張り、更にロツク装置14側の
レバー18を引張つてこれを軸22部分において
回転させ、その端部でロツク装置14のプランジ
ヤー17を押し、ロツク装置14のロツク動作を
解除してロツク装置14を伸縮させ、而して背ず
り13を任意の傾斜角度に調整することが出来る
ようになつている。ロツク装置14のプランジヤ
ー17を押すためのレバー18と上記回転装置側
の止め爪9に連係させたレバー10とをレリー
ズ、連結杆等の係合素子23を用いて連結する。
即ちレバー18は、ボタン15装置側に接続され
ている係合素子19を引張つても、また止め爪9
側に接続されている係合素子23を引張つてもロ
ツク装置14のプランジヤー17を押す方向へ動
作させることが出来、従つて回転腰掛の台枠2を
回転させるために止め爪9の取手を引張ると、同
時にレバー10を回転させ、係合素子23を介し
てこのレバー10に連結されているレバー18を
回転させ、プランジヤー17を押すことによりロ
ツク装置14のロツク動作を解除し、背ずりを自
動復帰させることが出来る。24は、台枠2上に
装置する座ぶとん、25は袖である。
