調理する加熱制御に切換えるようにしたものであ

発明の実施例
以下、この発明の一実施例を第1図乃至第4図
を参照して説明する。第1図は加熱調理装置の1
種である電子レンジの概略構成を示すもので、1
はケース、2はケース1内に形成された加熱室で
ある。この加熱室2の内部には受け皿3が配設さ
れているとともに、この加熱室2の天井板2aに
は導波管4が取付けられている。この導波管4の
基端部にはマグネトロン(高周波発振器)5が取
付けられている。そして、マグネトロン5から出
力された高周波は導波管4を介して導かれ、導波
管4の先端部から加熱室2内に導入されるように
なつている。6は加熱室2内の受け皿3上に載置
された食品7の加熱温度を検出する温度センサ
で、例えば赤外線センサ等が用いられている。ま
た、前記受け皿3には重量センサ8が取付けられ
ており、受け皿3上に載置された食品7の重量は
この重量センサ8によつて検出され、例えば操作
パネルの表示部等に表示されるようになつてい
る。この重量センサ8および温度センサ6はマグ
ネトロン5の動作を制御する制御部9に接続され
ている。この制御部9は例えばマイクロコンピユ
ータによつて構成されている。さらに、この制御
部9には予め食品の初期温度の影響がなくなる特
定の温度Thoとともに食品7の種類毎の重量と調
前時間との関係がデータとして入力されている。
なお、加熱室2内に載置された食品7は初期温度
の違いにより仕上がり時間も異なるが、同種類の

そして、制御部9では加熱調理開始後、まず温度
センサ6によつて食品7の加熱温度が検出され、
加熱温度が特定の温度Thpになつたことが検出さ
れた時点で、重量センサ8からの検出重量に応じ
て設定された調理時間Tにもとづいて食品7の加
