Technical background of the invention and its problems Recently, gas sensors that detect water vapor, alcohol components, odors, etc. emitted from food in a heating chamber during cooking, or temperature sensors (for example, infrared sensors) that detect the heating temperature of food have become available. It detects the finished state of food based on the output signals from these gas sensors and temperature sensors,
2. Description of the Related Art A heating cooking apparatus, such as a microwave oven, has been developed which automatically performs heating cooking by stopping the operation of a heating unit such as a magnetron when the food reaches a finished state after the start of cooking. By the way, since there are many types of dishes that are cooked using this type of heating cooking device, it is difficult to accurately detect the finished state of each dish using only a gas sensor or temperature sensor, There was a possibility that the finished state would differ depending on the type. Also,
Even in the case of the same dish, the finished state of the food differs depending on the amount of food or the initial temperature of the food, such as the difference between food at room temperature and frozen food, and it is necessary to always finish the food in a good state. It was requested that it be made possible.

Embodiment of the Invention An embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. Figure 1 shows 1 of the heating cooking device.
This shows the general configuration of a microwave oven, which is a type of microwave oven.
2 is a case, and 2 is a heating chamber formed inside the case 1. A saucer 3 is disposed inside the heating chamber 2, and a waveguide 4 is attached to the ceiling plate 2a of the heating chamber 2. A magnetron (high frequency oscillator) 5 is attached to the base end of the waveguide 4. The high frequency waves output from the magnetron 5 are guided through a waveguide 4 and introduced into the heating chamber 2 from the tip of the waveguide 4. A temperature sensor 6 detects the heating temperature of the food 7 placed on the saucer 3 in the heating chamber 2, and for example, an infrared sensor is used. Further, a weight sensor 8 is attached to the tray 3, and the weight of the food 7 placed on the tray 3 is detected by the weight sensor 8 and displayed on the display section of the operation panel, etc. It's becoming like that. The weight sensor 8 and temperature sensor 6 are connected to a control section 9 that controls the operation of the magnetron 5. This control section 9 is composed of, for example, a microcomputer. Furthermore, the relationship between the weight of each type of food 7 and the preparation time is input into the control unit 9 in advance as data, along with a specific temperature Tho at which the influence of the initial temperature of the food disappears.
Note that the finishing time for the food 7 placed in the heating chamber 2 differs depending on the initial temperature, but in the case of the same type of food, as shown in Figure 3, the finishing time will vary depending on the initial temperature.
After reaching Th p, the initial temperature T a and the initial temperature
Cooking is completed in the same cooking time T regardless of whether the temperature is Th b (Th b >Th a ) or the initial temperature Th c (Th c <Th a ). Also, the weight and heating time T of each type of food 7
The relationship can be expressed as a proportional relationship having a certain coefficient for each weight of food 7, as shown in FIG.
Then, in the control unit 9, after the start of heating cooking, the heating temperature of the food 7 is first detected by the temperature sensor 6,
When it is detected that the heating temperature has reached a specific temperature Thp , the heating of the food 7 is controlled based on the cooking time T set according to the weight detected from the weight sensor 8. .

Therefore, in the case of the above structure, the operation of the magnetron 5 is controlled by the control section 9, and the food 7
Appropriate cooking can be performed for each type of food. In this case, for example, even if the initial temperature of the food 7 or the amount of the food 7 is other than the standard temperature and standard amount, the temperature sensor 6 determines the specific temperature Th p
After the time when is detected, the food 7 is heated and cooked for a heating time set according to the weight of each type of food 7, so the food 7 can always be finished in a good condition.

Note that this invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, a tray 10 may be provided outside the heating chamber, and a weight sensor 11 attached to the tray 10 may be connected to the control section 9. Furthermore, although the above embodiment shows the case where it is applied to a microwave oven, it may also be applied to an electric oven, a gas oven, etc.
Of course, various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the invention.
