(Prior Art) Solid, powdered, or liquid fertilizers are generally used for agriculture and horticulture, but the solid fertilizers have excellent fertilizer retention. However, the powdered and liquid fertilizers have the disadvantage of being poor in immediate effect, and although the powdered and liquid fertilizers are excellent in immediate effect, they have the disadvantage of poor fertilizer retention.

Therefore, in order to solve the various drawbacks mentioned above, conventionally, a rod-shaped fertilizer was developed in which fertilizer components were adsorbed to a porous material such as activated carbon, diatomaceous earth, or alumina, and this porous material was supported by a cylindrical member. has been done. The rod-shaped fertilizer is manufactured into a rod shape by first adsorbing fertilizer components onto the porous material, and then integrally molding the porous material with the cylindrical member.

(Problem that the invention attempts to solve) By the way, when making the above stick-shaped fertilizer,
There is a problem that multiple precise and complicated work steps are required, resulting in high manufacturing costs.Furthermore, the stick-shaped fertilizer is pierced into the soil near the cultivated crops to fertilize the cultivated crops. Stick-shaped fertilizers such as these cannot be expected to impart water-holding properties to the soil, and if you are unable to water your crops due to travel, for example, the soil may dry out and cause your crops to wither. I had something to do.

(Means for solving the problem) The fertilizer sheet of the present invention consists of fertilizer a and water absorbent resin b.
The fertilizer sheet main body 1 is formed from a mixture consisting of the fertilizer sheet and the synthetic resin c, and a plurality of ventilation holes 2 are provided in the sheet main body 1.

(Function) The fertilizer sheet is used by laying it around the cultivated plants planted in the soil, and by sprinkling water from the upper part of the fertilizer sheet, water flows through each ventilation hole 2 of the sheet main body 1. As the soil is watered, the fertilizer a contained in the sheet body 1 is eluted into the soil, and a plurality of ventilation holes 2 are formed in the sheet body 1,
Since the contact area between the soil and the air is small, the amount of water evaporation from the soil is reduced,
This improves the water retention properties of the soil.

First, a portion of the fertilizer a is exposed on both the front and back surfaces of the sheet body 1 and on the outer surface of each of the ventilation holes 2 formed in the sheet body 1, and this fertilizer a is absorbed into the soil by the watering. It is eluted and exhibits immediate effects on cultivated crops.

Further, on both the front and back surfaces of the sheet body 1 and the outer surface of each of the ventilation holes 2 formed in the sheet body 1,
A part of the water-absorbing resin b is exposed together with the fertilizer a, and therefore, the volume of the water-absorbing resin b expands due to the watering or absorbing soil moisture, and this volume increases. As the sheet body 1 expands, cracks gradually occur in the sheet body 1, and through the cracks, the fertilizers a enclosed in the sheet body 1 gradually seep out to the soil side, and these fertilizers a are in a solution state. The fertilizer a is absorbed by the water-absorbing resin b, and in the water-absorbing resin b, water is gradually exchanged with the fertilizer a, and the fertilizer a is eluted to the soil side. As a result, long-term fertilizing properties are exhibited for the cultivated products.

Furthermore, cracks occurring in the sheet body 1 cause the water-absorbing resins b to communicate with each other, and each of the water-absorbing resins b absorbs water, thereby improving the water retention property of the sheet body 1. In turn, it can contribute to increasing the water retention capacity of the soil.

The fertilizer sheet is made by mixing the aforementioned fertilizer a, water-absorbing resin b, synthetic resin c, etc., pouring this mixture into a mold with a convex portion corresponding to the vent hole 2, and heating the mixture into a gel. The ventilation hole 2 may be formed by molding the vent hole 2 in advance, or by using a net, wire mesh, etc.
It is formed by using a material in which openings corresponding to the above are formed, and by dipping the material into a mixture having the same formulation as described above.

2 parts by weight of fertilizer a, 12% by weight of ammonia nitrogen, 12% by weight of soluble phosphoric acid,
Using a mixed fertilizer consisting of 16% by weight of water-soluble potassium and other fillers, 30 parts by weight of this mixed fertilizer was blended, and 60 parts by weight of GP-1 (manufactured by Nippon Gosei Kagaku) was further blended as the water-absorbing resin b. These were stirred and mixed uniformly.

The fertilizer sheet obtained as described above was placed on the soil surface of the Kiyuuri seedling box, and the fertilizer sheet was not placed on the soil surface of the seedling box.
After spraying 200ml of water for a month,
The leaves on which the fertilizer sheet was applied had a particularly good color and had a great growth promoting effect, and from this it was confirmed that the fertilizer sheet exerts a fertilizing effect over a long period of time. Ta.

Experimental Example 2 A seedling box containing 1 kg of dry sand was covered with the fertilizer sheet obtained in Example 1, and a seedling box without the fertilizer sheet was sprinkled with 200 mm of water and left indoors for 72 hours. The seedling box without the fertilizer sheet was completely dry, but the one with the fertilizer sheet contained sufficient moisture, which indicates that the fertilizer sheet also has excellent water retention. I understood that there was.
