There is a demand for lighter weight cabs. For this purpose, reducing the thickness of the panel body is the most effective means from an economical point of view. Therefore,
For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-6888 proposes bonding a reinforcing plate to the back surface of a panel body.
Furthermore, panels shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are used as panel bodies that are lightweight and have fire resistance.

A plurality of wall panels are erected adjacent to each other to form a peripheral wall, and 3 is a wall plate that constitutes the main part of the wall panel body 2, with a planar top plate 3a and both edges thereof facing the hoistway side. It consists of a reinforcing part 3b which is bent in a direction. 4 is a horizontal reinforcing member fixed to the upper and lower ends of the top plate 3; 5 is a vertical reinforcing member glued vertically to the back side of the top plate 3a; 6 is arranged between the vertical reinforcing member 5 and the reinforcing portion 3b. A reinforcing plate 8 is a floor panel body constituting the floor of the car room 1, and is connected to the wall panel body 2. 9
This door panel body is provided at the entrance/exit portion of the car room 1 and is configured similarly to the wall panel body 2, and constitutes a car door. Note that the upper end of the wall panel body 2 is connected to a ceiling (not shown).

Furthermore, by lining with a reinforcing plate 6 made of an inorganic foam material that has excellent fire resistance and is lightweight, the local lack of strength in the planar portion of the top plate 3a is compensated for. With such a configuration, a lightweight wall panel body 2, floor panel body 8, and door panel body 9 can be obtained.

This idea improves the above-mentioned problems by intermittently bonding multiple reinforcing plates made of inorganic foam material to the back side of the top plate of a thin plate, and by using the reinforcing materials fixed to the back side of the top plate. An elevator car that is lightweight by covering the edges, does not cause cracks in the reinforcing plate even when an external force is applied to the top plate, and prevents the reinforcing plate from peeling off. The purpose is to provide panel bodies for rooms.

The connecting portions are bent in the same direction as the connecting portions, and are connected to the floor panel body 8 and the ceiling, respectively. 6A is a reinforcing plate made of an inorganic foam material that is intermittently fixed to the back surface of the top plate 3a in the vertical direction using an adhesive 7, and 10 is a cross section in which both ends of a U-shape are further bent outward. The top plate 3a is formed by a planar longitudinal member.
This reinforcing material is vertically welded or bonded to the center of the back surface of the reinforcing plate 6A, and is provided so as to cover one edge of the reinforcing plate 6A with the bent side edge.

By configuring a with a thin plate, a lightweight wall panel body 2 can be obtained. Moreover, unlike the reinforcing plate 6 in FIG. 2, the reinforcing plate 6A is divided into multiple plates, so even if an external force is applied to the top plate 3a by a passenger, the reinforcing plate 6A
The bending moment is smaller, and cracks are less likely to occur.

As mentioned above, in this invention, multiple reinforcing plates made of inorganic foam are intermittently adhered to the back side of the front plate of the panel body of the elevator car, and the reinforcing material fixed to the back side of the front plate is used. Since it covers the edge of the reinforcing plate, it has local strength and is lightweight, and even if an external force is applied to the top plate, no cracks will occur in the reinforcing plate that is lined with it. It is possible to realize a panel body for an elevator car that can prevent the reinforcing plate from peeling off.
