Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the thickness of a marble and to reduce the weight of the whole of a car by a method wherein a floor and a side plate are formed of a plate material formed such that a sheet of a marble is attached directly on the surface of a plate of honeycomb constitution, in a car having a floor and a side plate formed of a marble as a surface finish. CONSTITUTION:In the car floor 35 of an elevator which is supported on a floor support, supported to a car frame, through a vibration insulating part 13, the front and rear end parts of a fireproof iron plate 17 are bent downward and frames 18 and 18 formed in an U-shape in cross section are fixed to the right and left end parts of the bent part. A honeycomb 32 formed of aluminum or plastic is adhered on the upper surface of the fire-proof iron plate 17. A steel plate (or a plywood) 33 is laminated on the honeycomb 32 and a thin marble sheet 34 with a thickness of approximate 3-5mm is securely further fixed as a surface finish material thereon. This constitution causes prevention of breakage and notch of a marble through the presence of the honeycomb 32 having excellent compression strength in the direction of thickness though the marble sheet with a thin thickness is used.

The side plate 26 is formed by bending both ends of a panel 28 made of a steel plate at a right angle to the back side (outside) to form a bent portion 29 protruding like a flange. It is configured by screw fastening through the fastening hole 30. Further, in order to increase the bending rigidity of the bent portion 29, it is general that the rear edge of the bent portion 29 is bent further inward at a right angle to form the reinforcing edge portion 31. Further, on the back surface of the panel 29, in order to maintain the overall rigidity, one or a plurality of reinforcements 32 having a substantially U-shaped cross section are attached by welding or adhesion.

In the car constructed as described above, compressive stress and bending stress due to the weight of passengers are generated in the floor and the side plates. Therefore, in order to prevent cracking of the marble due to these forces, the plate thickness is usually 20. Marble of about 30 mm is used. As a result, the total weight of the car is significantly increased (with a thickness of marble of 20 mm and a thickness of mortar of 10 mm, an increase of about 90 kg / m2 per unit area), and correspondingly, the weight of the counterweight 8 And the weight of the hoisting machine 3 and the sheaves 4 and 5 increases,
The entire elevator becomes larger. Further, there is a problem that the energy during driving is increased.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to suppress the increase in the weight of the entire elevator, reduce the load on the hoisting machine, reduce the load on the hoisting machine, even if marble is used as the finishing material for the car room, and save energy and install it on site. It is to improve the efficiency of car assembly work.

For this reason, according to the present invention, a car floor comprises a fireproof iron plate on which a honeycomb made of a metal such as aluminum or a plastic is adhered, and a steel plate or a plywood is further adhered on the upper surface of the honeycomb. A thin marble plate (thickness: 3 to 5 mm) is adhered to the top, a side plate is similarly adhered to the panel made of a honeycomb made of aluminum or plastic, and a steel plate or a plywood is further adhered to the upper surface of the honeycomb, and then the honeycomb is made. By bonding thin marble plates, the floor and side plates of the car are constructed as an integrated structure of steel plate, honeycomb, steel plate (or plywood), and marble.

Since the cage floor and the side plates having such a structure are provided, the honeycomb is originally excellent in the compressive strength in the thickness direction, and the steel plate (or plywood) having high rigidity is arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the honeycomb. By increasing the second moment of area, the rigidity against bending load is high and the bending can be suppressed to be small. Therefore, the plate thickness of the surface finish marble is reduced, and the weight is greatly reduced. Further, since the compression bending rigidity is excellent, the fireproof iron plate and the back surface of the panel are not reinforced, and the weight is further reduced. In addition, the bonding work between steel plates, honeycombs, plywoods, and marbles can be performed in the factory, which significantly improves the work efficiency at the installation site.

As in the conventional case, the front and rear ends of the fireproof iron plate 17 are bent downward, and the left and right floor frames 18, 18 are fixed. A honeycomb 32 made of aluminum or plastic is bonded to the upper surface of the fireproof iron plate 17. As described above, the honeycomb 32 excellent in the compressive strength in the thickness direction is used, and the upper and lower surfaces thereof are sandwiched by the steel plates (or plywood) 33 having high rigidity to increase the second moment of area and to bend the honeycomb. Since the rigidity can be increased, the deflection due to the load of passengers can be suppressed to a small level, and even if the surface finish material marble is thin, the marble is not cracked or chipped. Further, the reinforcing member which has been conventionally required on the lower surface of the fireproof iron plate is not required, and the weight required for the surface finishing can be reduced to about 1/4 to 1/10 of the conventional weight.

Next, the structure of the side plate 36 of the cab 15 is almost the same as the conventional one, but the reinforcing material on the back surface is omitted for the same reason as the car floor 35. The honeycomb 32 is adhered and fixed to the upper surface of the panel 28 of the side plate 36 similarly to the car floor, the steel plate or the plywood 33 is adhered onto the honeycomb 32, and finally the thin marble plate 34 is adhered as the surface finish material. All the assembling of the side plate 36 up to this point can be performed in the factory.

The joints 31 are also inserted between the side plates 36 ... and fastened with screws. Finally, the ceiling is placed and fixed on the upper portions of the side plates 36 through the joints 31, and the assembly of the cab 15 is completed. In this way, the weight of the side plate 36 can be greatly reduced similarly to the car floor.

Therefore, because of the above-mentioned construction, both the car floor and the side plates have a structure excellent in compression and bending rigidity, and the thickness of the marble as the surface finishing material can be minimized to a great extent. The weight of the car can be reduced. Further, even at the site of installation, the workability of installation is significantly improved because the car floor and the side plates to which the surface finishing material has already been attached are simply assembled.

In the above example, a steel plate or plywood is used between the honeycomb and the marble, but the steel plate or plywood may be omitted and the marble may be directly bonded and fixed onto the honeycomb. . In this case, since it is difficult to obtain the bending rigidity of the car floor and the side plate as described above, it is possible to secure the bending rigidity by reinforcing the fireproof iron plate and the back surface of the panel as in the conventional case, and to reduce the thickness of the marble plate. Also, it is possible to reduce the weight of a large car.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the thickness of marble, which is a surface finishing material, by using a sandwich structure in which a car floor or a side plate is made of honeycomb, and it is possible to reduce the weight of the car as a whole and to reduce the load on a hoisting machine or the like. Energy saving can be realized by further, and the work efficiency can be improved by omitting the marble installation work at the installation site.
