Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a quantity of wasteful scrap by press-forming a cover- shaped container and a support leg integrally with dies. CONSTITUTION:A blank 7 is blanked from a band-like shut stock 6. In this blank 7, one end is semicircular and the other end is rectangular. Then, the cover-shaped container is press-formed by the dies from a circular part 12 along the semi-circle of the blank 7. This cover-shaped container has a bowl figure. The support leg 5 is formed from the residual part. As a result, the area for wasteful scrap 8 reduces. The material of the support leg 5 is formed from the blank 6 which was scrap in the past and consequently the wasteful part has reduced so much.

縮機は、内部に冷媒ガス等の液体を圧縮する圧m要素と
、この圧縮要素を駆動する −ためのTi電動要素収納
される。圧縮要素は、例えば断面が円形の空間を備えた
シリングの内部に偏心して回転する偏心円形ピストンが
収められて構成される。この偏心円形ピストンはクラン
ク軸の一端に固定されて回転するが、このクランク軸の
他端にはモータ部が設けられて電動要素を構成する。モ
ータ部は、クランク軸に固定されるロータと、このロー
タに対向して設けられ容器の内壁に固定されるステータ
とからなる。 これらの圧wJ型要素m動要素は共に密閉容V!Il内
に収納されるが、密閉容器1は前記クランク軸の長手方
向に長い略円筒状をしている。この円筒状の形を横置き
にして使用されるものを横形圧縮機という。   ゛ 図に示すように横形の密閉容器1は、容器本体2と、こ
の容器本体2の開口部を覆う蓋状容Wj3とからなる。 容器本体2と蓋状容器3のそれぞれの外周の下側には略
水平の支持脚4,5が固着されている。この固着は一般
に溶接等によって行われろ。これら支持脚4,5は図示
しない防振ゴム等を介してユニット台板に弾性的に支持
されている。 前記蓋状容器3の製造は、まず第6図に示されるような
帯状の板金素材6からプレス打抜き加工により円形のブ
ランク材7(第6図中の斜線部)を打抜く。そして金型
による加圧成形により概略お椀状の形に成形される。こ
のように成形された蓋状容器3に対し支持脚5が電気抵
抗溶接等によって固着される。

以下、この発明の一実施例を第1図〜第3図において説
明する。第1図は、この実施例の製造方法によって製造
される蓋状容器3の側面図であり、第2図は第1図の正
面図である。蓋状容器3そのものの形は従来の蓋状容器
の形と同じであゆ、お椀状をしている。またお椀状の形
の縁部の径が大きくなっているのも従来と同様である。 この大きくなった部分に支持MJs5が一体的に設けら
れている。この支持脚5は、野球帽のツバの部分が90
°曲げられた形に似ている。この曲げられた水平の部分
が防振ゴム等を介して図示しないユニット台板に支持さ
れる。また第2図のように、この支持脚5は1枚の材料
からなっており強度を大きくするため3つのリブ状の膨
らみ11が形成されている。 この蓋状容器3と支持脚5の一体物は、第3図に示す板
金素材6から打抜かれたブランク材7を金型による加圧
成形によって成形される。このとき無駄となる破材8は
従来の第6図の破材8に比べ面積が少なくなっている。 これば支持#5の部分の材料が、従来は破材となってい
た板金素材6から成形されているため、その分無駄が少
なくなっているためである。 この実施例の製造工程を説明する。 まず第3図に示す帯状の板金素材6からブランク材7を
打抜く。このブランク材7は一端が半円形であり他端が
矩形をしている。次に金型による加圧成形を行う。この
成形により、ブランク材7の前記半円形に沿った円形部
分12により蓋状容器を形成する。この蓋状容器3は従
来と同様にお椀の形をしている。残りの部分で支持脚5
が成形される。 従来の支持脚5は固着作業である溶接作業が簡単なよう
にあまり大きなものは険用されていない。 このためユニット台板への取付けの際の位置決め作業が
不安定になりがちであったが、この実施例においては支
持#5が広い平面を有することになるため、前記位置決
めが容易になる。

あるため、板金素材の無駄となる破材の量を減少するこ
とができる。
