のであり、さらにその取付け操作が非常に繁雑で

あつて、前記各軸受部7を貫通し摺動自在に且つ
回動自在に嵌装され、その一端にはL状に折り曲
げられた操作レバー9が取付けられている。10
はロツクバーであつて、折り曲げられた両側の脚
10a,10aは前記シヤフト8に固着されて空
間部11が形成されており、ロツクバー10の左
半分(第2図参照)は前記ロープフツク1のフツ
ク部1aに係合する細巾の空間部によつて係合部
12が形成され、右半分はフツク部1aが通過し
うる太巾の空間部によつて嵌脱部13が形成され
る。14はスプリングであつて、前記シヤフト8
に固定されたプレーンワツシヤー15と軸受部7
の右側端との間に張設され常時係合部12がロー
プフツク1のフツク部1aに係合する位置に対応
