As a result, the hair after washing loses its smoothness and feels dry and hard, making it difficult to comb through the hair and causing split ends. For this reason,
In order to solve the inconveniences associated with the removal of sebum, various hair rinses have been developed as hair treatment agents after washing.
It is used. Typical of these hair rinses contain quaternary ammonium salts such as dialkyldimethylammonium chloride and alkyltrimethylammonium chloride as the main active ingredient.

However, conventional hair rinses have problems in the ability to remove and adsorb the ammonium salt, regardless of the form in which they are used, and are not fully satisfactory.

A hair rinse is desired. However, hair rinses containing oils such as quaternary ammonium salts and higher alcohols have the disadvantage that they hardly exhibit any gloss-imparting effects.

。On the other hand, a hair rinse agent consisting of a combination of a mono-long chain alkyl type quaternary ammonium salt having 22 to 24 carbon atoms and an alkyl ether type phosphoric acid ester to which a specific number of moles of alkylene oxide is added can impart shine to hair. Also known (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 61-12608), however, in this case it is not possible to impart sufficient manageability to the hair.

は、このような知見に基づくものである。The present inventors conducted extensive research to achieve the above object, and found that a specific quaternary ammonium salt (A), a specific phosphoric acid ester (B), and a lanolin fat (C) were used in combination. was found to be effective. That is, among the above components, if components (A) and (B) are simply used in combination without component (C), the effect of imparting manageability to hair is inferior, and only components (A) and (C) are combined. When used in combination, or when only components (B) and (C) are used together, the effect of imparting shine to the hair is insufficient and the hair becomes sticky. On the other hand, the component (A
), (B) and (C), they act synergistically to provide hair with manageability and shine without making it sticky. The present invention is based on such knowledge.

。From the results in Tables 1 and 2, when phosphate ester is not included (Comparative Examples 1 and 2), sufficient effects are not obtained in terms of imparting gloss and manageability to the hair.
Cases containing no quaternary ammonium salt (Comparative Examples 3 to 8)
When lanolin is not included (Comparative Example 9), the effect of imparting cohesiveness is inferior, and the effect of imparting cohesion is inferior.
It has been found that even if a phosphoric acid ester is blended, the effect is not sufficient when the number of moles of alkylene oxide added is outside the range of the present invention (Comparative Examples 10 to 11). In contrast, all of the compositions of the present invention (Examples 1 to 18) were found to impart satisfactory shine and manageability to hair.
