The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic that is applied to hair to improve the dryness of the tips of the hair. In recent years, as people's awareness of grooming has increased, women in particular have become more concerned about grooming their hair.As a result, hair perms, hair coloring, and the use of hair dryers have become more frequent, resulting in more severe hair damage than before. ing. Consumer surveys have also shown that the ends of the hair become dry and it is difficult to brush the hair smoothly. That is,
Hair perms and hair coloring process hair chemically, so they have the effect of breaking the molecular bonds in the hair and weakening it.Additionally, using a hair dryer or brushing can cause physical damage to the hair. This damages the hair and reduces the water retention capacity of the hair itself. Since hair is physiologically dead tissue,
Once chemically damaged hair cannot be restored,
As a result, the ends of the hair become dry. Research has been conducted on hair cosmetics that improve the dryness of hair ends.
A satisfactory hair cosmetic has not yet been obtained. For example, Special Publication No. 40-6119 and Special Publication No. 45-19639
The hair cosmetic containing a quaternary ammonium salt having a di- or tri-long chain alkyl group, which is described in the above publication, imparts flexibility and smoothness to the hair, and also makes the hair supple and easy to comb. However, it has not yet reached the point where it satisfies consumer demands regarding the dryness of the ends of the hair. Furthermore, the hair cosmetic made of a diol derivative and methylpolysiloxane described in Japanese Patent Application No. 52-47923 exhibits an excellent effect on brushing properties, but has no effect on the dryness of the ends of the hair. No effect was observed. Furthermore, a hair conditioning composition comprising polyethylene glycol, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, and silicone oil described in JP-A No. 52-66638 has the effect of imparting shine and suppleness to hair. However, no effect on improving the dryness of the ends of the hair has been observed. The present invention has been made under these circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hair cosmetic that exhibits an excellent effect of improving the dryness of the ends of both normal and damaged hair. With the goal. That is, the hair cosmetic of the present invention contains a quaternary ammonium salt represented by the following general formula ().

毛先のパサツキ性改良効果を有している。It is an atomic group represented by the formula: (n is an integer of 1 to 5, R 5 is H or CH 3 ), and X is a halogen atom or a C 1-2 alkyl sulfate group. ] General formula () [Wherein, R is a C1-11 alkyl group or a C5-8 cycloalkyl group, and X is an organic base or an inorganic cation. ] Hereinafter, the hair cosmetic of the present invention will be explained in more detail. The quaternary ammonium salt represented by the above general formula (), which is the first essential component of the present invention, is a long-chain monoalkyl quaternary ammonium salt or a long-chain dialkyl quaternary ammonium salt. The long chain alkyl group has 10 to 24 carbon atoms, preferably 12 to 22 carbon atoms. The number of carbon atoms in this long-chain alkyl group is an essentially important factor for the performance of the hair cosmetic of the present invention, that is, when the number of carbon atoms is less than 10, it imparts flexibility and suppleness to the hair. When the number of carbon atoms exceeds 24, the hair becomes stiff and hard, and the effect of imparting flexibility is reduced.
On the other hand, when the number of carbon atoms is within the above range, the hair cosmetic has an appropriate amount of hydrophobicity, which creates an affinity for the hair, and also has an appropriate amount of water retention, which gives the hair flexibility and suppleness. is demonstrated. Further, X constituting the anion of such a quaternary ammonium salt is a halogen atom or
When it is a C1-2 alkyl sulfate group, the hair cosmetic has appropriate hydrophobicity and water retention. The content of the quaternary ammonium salt is 0.3 to 10.0% by weight, preferably 1.0 to 2.0% by weight of the entire hair cosmetic. If it is less than 0.3% by weight, the effect of improving the dryness of the hair ends and the effect of imparting smoothness to the hair will be insufficient, and if it exceeds 10.0% by weight, the hair will become sticky, which is undesirable. The polymolecular chain compound which is the second essential component of the hair cosmetic of the present invention is polyoxyethylene glyceryl fatty acid ester or polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester, or may be a mixture thereof. Specific examples of particularly preferred compounds among the above compounds are polyoxyethylene tetraoleate (3 moles) sorbitol and polyoxyethylene (20 moles) glyceryl triisostearate. The blending amount of the polymolecular chain compound is 0.1 to 5.0% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 3.0% by weight of the entire hair cosmetic. If it is less than 0.1% by weight, the effect of improving the dryness of the hair ends will be insufficient, while if it exceeds 50% by weight, the hair will become sticky, which is not preferable. The third essential component of the hair cosmetic of the present invention is 1-hydroxy-2 represented by the above-mentioned general formula ().
- It is a pyridone salt. Specific examples thereof include organic amine salts of the following compounds. 1-hydroxy-2-pyridone, 1-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pyridone, 1-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-pyridone, 1-hydroxy-

The hair cosmetic of the present invention contains other optional ingredients,
It is possible to mix them within a range that does not affect the effects of the present invention. Such optional ingredients include the following substances. liquid paraffin, vaseline, solid paraffin,
Hydrocarbons such as squalane and olefin oligomers; esters such as isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, stearyl stearate, octyldodecyl myristate, octyldodecyl oleate and 2-ethylhexanoic acid triglyceride; cetanol, stearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol and hexyldecanol, etc. higher alcohols; emulsifiers such as glyceryl monostearate, sorbitan monopalmitate, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene stearate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate; methylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose and cationized cellulose cellulose derivatives such as; thickeners such as natural polymers; humectants such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin and sorbitol; and other small amounts of ingredients such as solvents, disinfectants, and fragrances. . The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention can be used in various applications such as a hair rinse, a spray-type or dispenser-type hair conditioner, and a hair lotion. Next, Examples and Comparative Examples of the present invention will be shown to explain the effects of the present invention more specifically. Before explaining each example, the test method will be explained. Γ Adjustment of damaged hair Undamaged hair was treated with 6% H 2 O 2 aqueous solution for 1 hour (25℃)
The damaged hair was bleached and made into 20cm, 5gr hair bundles. Γ Evaluation method Apply 5gr of hair cosmetics after shampooing and 1gr to a 20cm hair bundle (damaged hair), leave for 3 minutes, rinse lightly, air dry for 1 day (24 hours), and check for “dryness at the ends” of the hair. was evaluated using the following criteria. Evaluation criteria ◎: Significantly superior effects compared to commercially available products*. 〇: 〃 It has a very good effect. △: 〃 Somewhat good effect. ×: 〃 It has only the same effect. * Composition of commercial product Distearyldimethylammonium chloride
