The most common method was to release it outdoors using a fan. However, the above-mentioned method a has disadvantages such as the noise from the ventilation fan easily entering the kitchen and the rear wall surface being easily soiled. In addition, with method b, especially those with four-burner stoves, there is a drawback that they do not have the ability to sufficiently exhaust steam, exhaust gas, etc. that are generated when boiling on a stove far from the exhaust air intake, which pollutes the air in the kitchen. Ta.

This prevents the area around the stove from getting dirty and prevents the temperature of the appliance from rising.

An intake section 5 is installed at the rear of the table 3 for discharging steam, exhaust gas, etc. generated when an object 4 to be heated is heated by the stove 2, and communicates with an exhaust fan 7 via an exhaust duct 6. A storage box 9 for storing an air guide 8 for directing steam and exhaust gas generated during cooking in one direction is installed at the rear of the intake port 5, and the air guide 8 moves up and down by a motor 10 so that it can be moved in and out. That is, when the ventilation fan 7 operates, the motor 8 rotates as shown in FIG. 3, the arm 12 fixed to the motor shaft 11 rises, the air guide support fitting 13 rises to lift the air guide 8, and the upper limit switch 14 is operated. Then, the motor 10 is stopped and the lifting operation is stopped.

Furthermore, by attaching an air guide 8 that can freely go in and out at the rear, the air guide 8 is raised only when necessary, and steam, exhaust gas, etc. generated during heating are introduced into the intake port as a laminar flow, so that multiple stoves 2 can be used. Even in the case where there are a number of gases, the air guide 8 covers the entire surface of the stove 2 and forcibly sucks it in, so that the collection rate is high and most of the steam, exhaust gas, etc. are discharged from the intake section 5 by the exhaust fan 7. Therefore, the air in the kitchen is not polluted and a clean environment can be maintained.

However, the air guide 8 of this device can prevent these stains. In particular, it was very troublesome to clean the window 20 on the rear wall surface after every cooking, but since the air guide 8 prevents it from getting dirty, a large window can be installed. Therefore, it is possible to have a bright kitchen that has a good view of the outside from the kitchen and can take in sufficient sunlight.

It is durable, has excellent heat resistance, and is easy to clean because it is a flat plate.

This can prevent stains around the cooking device. Furthermore, since the exhaust hood that conventionally occupies the area above the stove becomes unnecessary, the space can be used for other hanging cabinets, etc., and the kitchen can be used effectively. In addition, cleaning after cooking, which was done in the past, is now mainly done through air guides, which makes cleaning much easier and has many other effects. By automatically extruding and automatically storing the air guide in conjunction with the exhaust fan, the air guide, which is the most likely to get dirty, is stored when the exhaust fan is not in use, so the beauty of the kitchen, etc. can be maintained.
