Abstract

PURPOSE:To conduct coil lead winding without being affected by soldering of a base fixing terminal by a method wherein a recessed portion is made on a side face of a terminal plate and a coil lead wiring portion is established inside the recessed portion. CONSTITUTION:A base fixing terminal 11a and a coil lead winding portion 13a are inserted into a terminal plate 12 and are fixed. The coil lead winding portion 13a is installed in a recessed portion 20 of the terminal plate 12 so that it sticks out from the recessed portion 20 and a coil lead drawing portion 13c is installed so that a coil lead 18 can be drawn out from inside a cap-type core 15. The base fixing terminals 11a, 11b and the coil lead winding portions 13a, 13b are electrically connected inside the terminal plate 12. The base fixing terminals 11a, 11b can be separated from the coil lead winding portions 13a, 13b by establishing the coil lead winding portions 13a, 13b in the recessed portion 20 of the terminal plate 12. By this method, coil lead winding is not affected by soldering of the base fixing terminals.
