It is said that more than 30% of the patients in geriatric hospitals are occupied by the above-mentioned "bedridden elderly," and the disposal of urine and feces is a major problem when caring for these patients. It is thought that if urine in stool can be easily disposed of, it will lead to a reduction in the burden on patients and nurses.

To further explain the treatment using the orthosis mentioned above, since it is unknown when the patient, elderly person, or infant relieves himself/herself, the nurse may take measures such as changing the diapers of many patients at the same time at different times. The current situation is that However, when such treatment is performed, some patients may have to defecate for a long time, causing discomfort and causing pain such as diaper rash, coldness, and pressure sores. This is the result.

According to such a device, the name of the patient who has used the toilet can be immediately known by activating the alarm for each individual, so that the diaper can be changed.

In the figure, 1 is a moisture-permeable surface sheet, 2 is a water-absorbing layer, and 3 is a water-permeable surface sheet.
is a moisture-impermeable backing sheet. The top sheet 1 is a nonwoven fabric such as rayon, polypropylene, or polyester fiber with a basis weight of 10 to 30 g/ m2 ,
The water-absorbing layer 2 is a structure made of cotton-like pulp and tissue paper, or a super-absorbent polymer, and the back sheet 3 is a plastic film made of polyethylene, polyester, etc. and having a thickness of 15 to 40 μm. Meanwhile, four metal layers 4, 4, . . . are adhered and formed between the water absorption layer 2 and the back sheet 3. These metal layers 4, 4, . It has reached the end of 3. Then, the metal layers 4, 4 are covered with the top sheet 1 at the end of the back sheet 3,
Or exposed for an appropriate length. Reference numeral 5 indicates an adhesive tape, which is used for feces when the diaper is put on. 6, 6 are lead wires from the metal layers 4, 4, and these lead wires 6, 6 are connected to a small oscillator 7. The oscillator 7 is equipped with an electronic circuit that detects changes in the electrical conductivity of the metal layers 4, 4 and performs oscillation, and a receiver 8 located at a remote location senses the activation of the oscillator 7. An alarm device 10 is operated via an amplifier 9.

A pair of male clips 12, 12 and female clips 13, 13 are formed above and below the opening of a separately prepared waterproof case 11.
Lead wires 6, 6 having one end fixed to the terminals 3, 13) are led out, and the other ends of the lead wires 6, 6 are connected to the oscillator 7. A pair of clips 12 and 13 reaches the end of the back sheet 3 and is covered with the top sheet 1, or the metal layer 4, which is exposed for an appropriate length,
By sandwiching and fixing the metal layers 4 in contact with each other, a state in which the metal layers 4, 4 and the oscillator 7 are electrically connected can be obtained. As the waterproof case 11, a bag body made of synthetic or artificial leather is used to improve sealing performance, and the clips are plated with nickel or chrome to have a rust-resistant structure. Incidentally, in order to improve the contact between the clip and the metal layer 4, a protrusion may be provided on the side of the clip so as to be crimped with the metal layer 4.

である。 The operation of the device of the present invention having the above configuration is as follows. A male type 1 of a waterproof case 11 with a built-in small oscillator 7 is attached to one end of the diaper worn by the patient.
The metal layers 4, 4 are sandwiched between the molds 2, 12 and the female molds 13, 13, and fixed with clips, and the switch 18 is turned on. When moisture flows into the water absorption layer 2 in this state, the electrical conductivity between the metal layers 4 changes, so that the battery 14 and the oscillation circuit 16
is closed, and the oscillation circuit 16 generates an oscillation output. This oscillation output is received by a receiver 8 installed in a nurse center, etc., and transmitted to an alarm 1 via an amplifier 9.
By operating 0, the patient's urinary status can be confirmed. Note that, of course, an alarm lamp may be used as the alarm 10 in addition to a buzzer.

That is, when the oscillator device capable of detecting moisture in disposable diapers according to the present invention is used in a hospital or the like where a large number of patients, elderly people, infants, etc. are accommodated, an alarm can be activated for each individual person. Since the name of a patient who relieves himself or herself in a nursing center located in a remote location can be immediately recognized, it is natural to change the patient's diaper without causing discomfort to the patient and in a sanitary manner. Realize. Since the oscillator is housed in a completely waterproof case, it is highly watertight and there is no risk of malfunction. In addition, the method for attaching the diaper to the diaper is simply to fasten the clips, making the method of use extremely simple and easy. Furthermore, since the waterproof case, oscillator, etc. can be made smaller, they do not get in the way when wearing the diaper, and do not cause discomfort to the patient. Furthermore, the diaper and the oscillator are separate structures that can be attached and detached, and the diaper only needs to have a metal layer attached to it, so the diaper itself is easy to process and can be provided at low cost as a disposable diaper. . Therefore, after use, the waterproof case can be removed and the diaper alone can be incinerated, and it can be reattached to a new diaper and used, so it is useful mainly when used as a disposable diaper.
