The inventor of the present invention previously proposed the invention in Utility Model Application No. 1983-9449, which is a measure against incontinence by laminating a fine thin cloth made of thin synthetic fiber monofilament on top of a coarse thick cloth made of large diameter synthetic fiber monofilament. The present invention further enables nurses to take appropriate measures immediately by electrically closing an external alarm circuit when urinating due to incontinence.

In other words, the present invention replaces the previously commonly used waterproof sheet for incontinence prevention with a mattress,
In order to prevent contamination of mats, and to improve the point that has not been considered at all in terms of improving sanitary conditions for sick people, the bed surface of the sick person, especially around the waist, is constantly maintained in a permeable state, and incontinent urine flows away. Sometimes, the upper surface is non-permeable to prevent urine from passing through to the lower surface, and the sheet is relatively diffusive in the plane direction, thereby closing the electrical alarm circuit. We have found that the laminated sheet described in the claims of the utility model registration is extremely effective.

The lower surface of the sheet of this invention is a fine thin cloth made by knitting and woven synthetic fiber monofilament with a large diameter, so it is placed on the sleeping surface and usually a bed sheet is layered on top of it to create a nightgown.
When a sick person goes to bed wearing a diaper, the thick fabric on the bottom of the sheet maintains a good ventilation interval, and since both the top and bottom surfaces are made of synthetic fiber monofilament,
There is little ventilation resistance in the vertical direction, and moisture absorption by bedding, etc. is suppressed, and the patient's skin is kept appropriately dry. The permeated urine reaches the surface of the fine, thin cloth, but unless the amount of urine is particularly large, the water is retained without passing through the grains of the hydrophobic synthetic monofilament, and its lower surface contacts the coarse, thick cloth in a small area. Therefore, it is difficult to flow down to the lower surface, and the lower surface coarse thick cloth isolates it from the surface of the mattress and prevents it from penetrating downward. The moist state of the skin surface is gradually reduced, and the ventilation state is maintained by the coarse thick cloth on the lower surface, and together with the body temperature, the skin becomes dry relatively quickly. In addition, the two conductive wires spaced apart from each other on the fine thin cloth on the upper surface are connected to an external power supply alarm circuit. The terminals are electrically connected, a notification circuit is closed, and the urination status is notified to the nurse by sounding, lighting, or transmitting wireless communication.

In the above, the coarse thick fabric knitted with large diameter synthetic fiber monofilaments is made of 5 to 12 meshes of large diameter monofilaments with a diameter of 0.5 to 1.0 mm made from nylon, polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. The fabric is made of a coarse mesh material with a thickness of 1 mm or more, thus forming a space for good ventilation and prevention of urine infiltration. Made of resin with a diameter of 0.4 to 0.05 mm and a fine mesh of 16 to 120 mesh, the fabric thickness is
It is a thin cloth with a thickness of 0.8 mm or less, which provides waterproof and water-retaining properties as well as breathability. As a conductive wire, it can be used as a thin metal wire such as copper or aluminum.
The thickness is approximately 0.1 to 0.4 mm, and if necessary, the surface is coated with corrosion-resistant metal such as tin or zinc, or conductive carbon fiber is used.
