【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)容器本体およびこの容器本体の上面開口を密閉す
る開閉自在の蓋体からなり被包装物を収納した包装袋を
収容する耐圧容器と、この耐圧容器内を負圧化して包装
袋内の脱気を行なう真空ポンプと、この真空ポンプを駆
動する分相始動誘導電動機と、上記耐圧容器内に配設さ
れ脱気後に包装袋の開口部を封止する封止装置とを備え
た真空包装装置において、 上記蓋体の閉鎖動作を検出して上記分相始動誘導電動機
を運転させる開閉検出器を備えるとともに、この開閉検
出器が蓋体の閉鎖動作を検出すると所定時間は上記分相
始動誘導電動機を継続運転させる遅延回路を備えたこと
を特徴とする真空包装装置。
