Conventionally, waterproof layers made of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, etc. waterproof sheets, or waterproof layers coated with polymeric materials, are rarely able to withstand walking as they are. In order to withstand walking, it was generally necessary to protect the waterproof layer by providing a mortar retainer layer or a protective layer containing aggregate on its surface. but,
These protective layers are prone to cracking and peeling, and have poor durability. Moreover, they are time-consuming to construct, and the weight of the waterproof layer increases, making it necessary to increase the strength of the building to withstand this, resulting in an increase in construction costs. There were flaws.

In the figure, concrete flat roof frame 1
A cushion material layer of a polyethylene foam sheet 2 is laid on the outer surface of the cushion material, and a laminated material 5 made of a steel plate 3 and vinyl chloride resins 4, 4 bonded to both sides of the steel plate 3 is laid thereon. A stepped portion 6 is provided in advance on the peripheral edge of the laminated material 5 prior to laying, and the laid laminated materials 5, 5
A groove is formed by two step portions 6, 6 facing each other with a joint 7 as the center, and this laminated material 5 is fixed at the step portion 6 on the periphery by an anchor 8 driven into the roof frame 1. . Then, the joint 7 part in this groove has a width of 10 which is narrower than the width of the groove.
A thin base tape 9 of about mm thickness is pasted to close the joint 7, and a vinyl chloride resin tape 10 is placed on top of it to cover the head of the anchor 8, the surface of which is continuous with the top surface of the laminate 5. It forms a flat plane. This resin tape 10 is adhesively fixed to the surface of the laminate material 5 via an adhesive filler 11 packed between the resin tape 10 and the laminate material 5, but is not adhered to the surface of the underlay tape 9. Further, grooves are provided in advance in the polyethylene foam sheet 2 at positions where the step portions 6 of the laminate 5 will be installed, so that the laminate 5 can be laid flat.

The laminated material used in this invention is made by laminating a vinyl chloride resin on one or both surfaces of a steel plate, and the thickness of the steel plate is 0.3 to 1.0 mm, and the thickness of the vinyl chloride resin is 0.1 to 1.0 mm. range is preferred.
The thickness of the vinyl chloride resin tape is preferably about 1 mm to 3 mm, and in addition to adhesively fixing it to the vinyl chloride resin surface of the laminated material using the adhesive filler of the above example, it can also be fixed by solvent welding with tetrahydrofuran or the like, hot air, etc. Fixing means such as heat fusion or adhesive bonding are used. It goes without saying that the height of the stepped portion is set depending on the thickness of the tape. In the embodiment described above, a polyethylene foam sheet was used as the cushion material, but the cushion material is not limited thereto, and other cushion materials may be used. Polyethylene foam sheets have a suitable cushioning effect and are suitable for laying on walking roofs. Alternatively, a cushion material such as a foam sheet may be pasted on the back side of the laminate in advance, except for the step portion, so that the back side of the laminate is flat, and this may be laid directly on the roof frame surface.

This roof structure consists of the above configuration. Laminated materials are made by laminating steel plates and vinyl chloride resin, and have high rigidity, water resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can withstand walking and long-term use. The cushion material placed underneath absorbs and softens the impact force, so the laminated material feels excellent when pressed and is less likely to be damaged. The grooves formed between the laid laminated materials are bonded with vinyl chloride resin tape of the same quality as the laminated materials, and form a continuous plane with the top surface of the laminated materials, resulting in excellent adhesive strength, watertightness, cosmetic properties, and water drainage. It does not stay on the surface and does not damage the tape when you walk on it. The anchors that secure the laminated materials are covered with resin tape, so rainwater will not seep into the structure from the anchors. The base tape is adhered to the joint area, and the resin tape is not adhered to the base tape surface, and there is no adhesive relationship with the laminated material along the joint area under the base tape, so it will not change due to temperature changes. The dimensional change in the joint gap does not cause large local elongation or wrinkling of the resin tape, and it maintains its function over a long period of time. In addition, during construction, it is possible to use dry construction methods without using mortar as in the past, which allows for good workability, and because it is lightweight, there is no need to increase the strength of the building unnecessarily, making it possible to reduce construction costs.
