することによつて任意の形状に打抜く方法が行な
われていた。この従来方法によると打抜板に打抜
型の刃型が凹設され、この刃型形成位置を次の打
抜時に軟質物に接触することのないよう絶えず移
動しなければならず、手数を要するとともに一定
の打抜回数毎に打抜板を交換しなければならず、
高価で不経済であるとともに打抜型の刃先の消耗
が激しい欠点を有していた。またこのような欠点
除去するため、本出願人の提案に係る特開昭58−
180321号も存在するが、この方法は上記欠点を顕
著に改良したものの、やはり打抜型の刃先が打抜
板に接触するものであつて、極めて少ないもので
はあるが、軟質物との接触以外に、刃先の消耗を
伴なう接触が行なわれるものとなつている。また
特開昭57−1700号公報記載の発明のごとく、積層
した2枚の1枚のみを打抜型の刃先で完全に打ち
抜く事により、打抜板と打抜刃との接触をしない
ようにしたものも存在するが、この技術を1枚の
みからなる板の打ち抜きに用いると、板の厚みを
少し残す為に、個々の目的物に分離する為に多く
の手数を要したり、打ち抜き目的物の位置を安定
させるために複雑な機構を要し、装置の大型化す
る欠点を有している。

7,12との間に少許の間隔を形成し、切込刃
7,12が軟質物2を貫通することなく切込ま
れ、軟質物2に非切断部16を形成することがで
きるよう、ストツパー17の上面位置を形成して
いる。また、軟質物2の非切断部16は、加圧エ
アーで容易に剥離することができるよう、0.001
mm〜0.02mm程度の範囲で形成されるのが望まし
く、軟質物2が基布18を用いた引布である場合
