However, when the material is cut, it is necessary to lower the press portion at a sufficient speed, and when the material (B) is cut by the sewing hydraulic cutting machine (A), a plate-shaped cutting blade is used. Since (G) directly contacts the upper press plate (C) at a considerable speed, if the material (B) is repeatedly cut repeatedly, the cutting edge of the plate-like cutting blade (G) will be damaged. was there. Moreover, since the cutting edge is simply pressed against the cloth (B), it cannot be suitably cut. Especially, when two or more sheets are stacked and cut, the material (B) on the upper press plate (C) side is hardly cut. The above problem can be alleviated by disposing a contact plate made of vinyl chloride resin or the like on the lower surface of the upper press plate (C). That is, the pressing pressure applied to the cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (G) is buffered by the contact plate and is less likely to be lost, and this cutting edge penetrates the cloth (B) and is inserted into the contact plate. The first cut can be cut.
However, in this case, the cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (G) is deeply inserted into the contact plate, and a large hole is formed. Therefore, when the second attempt is made to cut, the material (B) is pushed by the blade edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (G) and escapes into the hole formed above, and cannot be cut appropriately. Further, according to the sewing hydraulic cutting machine (A), the press pressure when the press part (D) contacts the plate-shaped cutting blade (G) is directly transmitted to the press pedestal (F), and the sewing hydraulic cutting machine (A) )
The whole vibrates. If the material (B) is cut while the hydraulic cutting machine for sewing (A) is still vibrating, the material (B) is thin, soft and does not have shape retention, so wrinkles may occur on the material due to vibration. Therefore, the following fabric (B)
When cutting, it was necessary to wait until the vibration subsided.

As a technique capable of alleviating the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, there is Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 50-141882 "Inlay pattern cutting device". In this technology, the elastic body is laminated by penetrating the punching die on the upper surface of the holding plate to which the punching die that is processed into a figure corresponding to a unit of the desired inlaid pattern is fixed, and the piston is vertically moved by the piston. It is an inlaid pattern cutting device provided with a pressure plate lined with a hard polyvinyl chloride plate that is movable. In this device, the pressure plate is lined with a hard polyvinyl chloride plate, so the punching die is not easily chipped,
In this respect, the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art are alleviated. However, this technique also does not alleviate the drawback that the pressing pressure when the pressure plate hits the punching die is directly transmitted to the holding plate and the entire apparatus vibrates. This "inlay pattern cutting device" causes almost no problem when cutting a plate having a slight hardness such as a decorative thin veneer, but when cutting thin cloth such as lace with this device, wrinkles are formed on the cloth. It occurs and cannot be cut into a predetermined shape. Further, when the fabric is cut by this technique, the disadvantage that the punching die deeply digs into the hard polyvinyl chloride plate lined with the pressure plate to form a hole cannot be solved. For this reason, the cloth is cut for the first time, but after the second time, the cloth escapes into the hole formed during the previous cutting, and eventually the material is hard after each cutting. The material cannot be cut unless the polychlorinated plate is replaced. It should be noted that slowing down the speed of the pressure plate makes it more difficult for large holes to occur, but as described above, in order to cut the dough, it is necessary to lower the pressure plate at a speed above a certain level, and in this case, the dough is cut. Disappear.

As a technique in which vibration is less likely to occur during cutting with a press, there is considered Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 50-103776, "Method for cutting and punching wood or soft plastic plates." This technique is to move the wood or soft plastic plate to be cut or punched, to both sides of the plate to be punched and punched, respectively, while moving them perpendicularly to the surface so that each cutting edge makes contact with the plate surface. This is a method for cutting and punching a plate in which the total distance of the cutting edges that bite into the plate surface is made larger than the thickness of the plate, and each cutting edge does not approach a certain limit. In this technique, a hole is necessarily formed in the supporting plate on which the object to be cut is placed, and the blade for cutting passes through this hole, so the press pressure of the upper movable platen is fixed and hardly transmitted to the plate. , The whole device does not easily vibrate even when cutting. However, when this technique is used to cut the fabric, when the blade comes into contact with the fabric, the fabric escapes from the holes provided in the supporting plate, and eventually the device cannot cut the fabric.

As a technique for cutting a material such as a cloth having a poor shape-retaining property, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 46-61187, "Perforating machine for a toilet paper machine" is considered. This device is provided with a resilient elastic seat on a rotatable underframe installed under the sewing machine roll, and a seat is attached to the elastic seat to direct the sewing machine blade toward the sewing machine roll. Equipment. In this device, the base paper is held in a stretched state by a group of rollers, and even if the paper is thin, the shape retention is excellent, so that there is no possibility of wrinkling of the base paper even when the entire device vibrates. However, with this device, since it is a technique of engraving perforations by applying a blade to the base paper pressed against the rollers, only linear shapes can be used as the shape of the blade, and it is not possible to provide a blade of any shape. Can not. Further, since the blade is only pressed against the sewing machine roll, it is possible to engrave perforations on the paper, but it is not possible to suitably cut the cloth. As described above, there has never been a technique for cutting a material, such as a cloth, which is thin and soft and has poor shape retention, in a non-linear and reliable continuous manner.

Function: A contact plate made of vinyl chloride resin is attached to the lower surface of the upper press plate, and a cushion plate made of plywood and hard rubber is provided between the lower press plate and the press pedestal. A cutting member made of an elastic material having an opening in which a plate-shaped cutting blade is embedded is disposed. When the vertical drive means is driven, the press section provided with the upper press plate descends at a constant speed or more, whereby the cutting member is pressed and elastically compressed to expose the cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade, thereby cutting the plate-shaped cutting blade. The cutting edge of the blade is slightly inserted into the contact plate, and the plate-shaped cutting blade cuts the material. On the other hand, the press pressure is transmitted from the cutting member to the lower press plate and the buffer plate, and the buffer plate is elastically compressed by the press pressure, and the lower press plate moves down. As the lower press plate descends, the elastically compressed cutting member becomes slightly thicker, and the cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade returns to the elastic material. In other words,
The cushioning plate is elastically compressed after being delayed by a moment from the cutting member, the plate-shaped cutting blade is exposed from the cutting member only during this moment, and the cloth is cut during this moment. That is, the plate-shaped cutting blade is exposed from the elastic material only at the moment when the press pressure is applied from the press part,
After cutting the material, it returns to the inside of the cutting member before the contact plate is deeply damaged. Therefore, the cloth can be appropriately cut, and the contact plate is not scratched more than necessary, and the edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade is not worn. The material can be continuously cut without replacing the cutting blade. The reason why the buffer plate is elastically compressed with a moment delay from the cutting member is that, according to this technique, the lower press plate is inevitably interposed between the buffer plate and the cutting member. Is slightly delayed. Further, the pressing force when the material is pressed and cut is buffered by the buffer plate, and the vibration of the press pedestal portion accompanying the cutting is damped, and the material vibration is damped. Therefore, even if the next cloth is placed on the cutting member immediately after one cutting operation, the cloth does not have wrinkles, and the interval between cutting operations can be shortened even when cutting a thin and soft cloth.

The press pedestal portion (3) is a pedestal for cutting the material (11), and a lower press plate (12) is arranged on the press pedestal portion (3). Between the press pedestal portion (3) and the lower press plate (12), a plywood (13) having a required thickness and a buffer plate (14) having a required thickness made of hard rubber are provided.
And are provided in a sandwiched state. The buffer plate (14) is elastically deformed a moment after the contact between the pressing portion (2) and the cutting member (15). As described above, the buffer plate (1
Due to the elastic deformation of 4), the elastically deformed cutting member (15) becomes slightly thicker, so that the plate-shaped cutting blade (1)
The cutting edge of 7) returns to the inside of the cutting member. The buffer plate (14)
The elastic deformation of the cutting member (15) is momentarily delayed from the elastic deformation of the cutting member (15) because the lower press plate (12) is interposed between the cushioning plate (14) and the cutting member (15) when the material (11) is cut. This is because the transmission of the press pressure to the buffer plate (14) is momentarily delayed. Further, the buffer plate (14) absorbs the press pressure from the press section (2) to prevent the vibration of the entire hydraulic cutting machine for sewing (1), and thus the vibration of the cloth (11) to prevent the vibration of the cloth (11). Prevent wrinkles in 11).
Therefore, even a thin and soft cloth (11) having poor shape retention can be suitably cut. The thickness of the plywood (13) and the buffer plate (14) is preferably about 15 mm.

The vertical drive means drives the press section (2) up and down to cut the cloth (11), and turns on the switch (18) provided at the upper end of the press section (2). As a result, the charging port (9) slides up and down the shaft (8) via the compressor (not shown). Further, a height adjusting tool (19) is provided at a required position of the hydraulic cutting machine for sewing (1) (the front surface of the press pedestal portion (3) in the illustrated example).
Is provided, and the lowermost position of the press section (2) is adjusted by the height adjusting tool (19). The most lowered position of the press part (2) is preferably a position where the edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (17) is exposed from the cutting member (15) by about 0.2 mm when pressed.

Next, a usage state of the sewing hydraulic cutting machine (1) will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. As shown in FIG. 3, a cutting member (1) having an opening (16) in which a plate-shaped cutting blade (17) is embedded in a lower press plate (12).
5) is arranged, and the cloth (11) is placed on the cutting member (15).
After placing, the press unit (2) is operated by the vertical drive means.
Is lowered. In the illustrated example, one sheet of cloth (11) is placed on the cutting member (15), but in order to increase the cutting efficiency, two or three sheets of cloth (11) are piled up to cut the cutting member (1).
5) It may be placed on top. When the press part (2) is lowered, the cutting member (15) is pressed and the plate-shaped cutting blade (17)
The edge of the blade is exposed and slightly inserted into the contact plate (7), and the cloth (11) is cut by the plate-shaped cutting blade (17). The cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (17) after cutting the material (11) contacts the contact plate (7) attached to the upper press plate (6), so that the cutting edge is protected. In addition, the cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (17) is quickly cut after the material (11) is cut.
Since it returns to the inside of 5), the contact plate (7) is scarcely scratched and the cloth (11) can be continuously cut. Further, the pressing force when the material (11) is pressed and cut is buffered by the buffer plate (14), and the reaction force and the pressing force are also buffered by the contact plate (7).
Therefore, the vibration of the entire hydraulic cutting machine for sewing (1) accompanying the cutting of the material (11) is attenuated in a short time. After cutting the dough (11), the press section (2) returns to the home position (highest position). By repeating this process sequentially, the required number of pieces of cloth (11) are cut.

As described above, the contact plate (7) made of vinyl chloride resin is attached to the lower surface of the upper press plate (6), and the plywood plate is provided between the lower press plate (12) and the press pedestal part (3). (13)
And a cushioning plate (14) made of hard rubber, and a cutting member made of an elastic material having an opening (16) in which a plate-like cutting blade (17) is embedded in the lower press plate (12). Since (15) is arranged, when the vertical driving means is driven, the press part (2) provided with the upper press plate (6) descends and the cutting member (15) is pressed, and the plate-like cutting blade is pressed. The blade edge of (17) is exposed, and the blade edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (17) is slightly inserted into the contact plate (7).
The dough (11) is cut in 7). The pressing force is buffered by the buffer plate (14) for a moment after this cutting, the buffer plate (14) is elastically compressed, the cutting member (15) returns to its original shape, and the cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (17) is returned. Returns into the cutting member (15). Therefore, the fabric (11) is continuously repeated.
Even if the sheet is cut, the wear time of the cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade (17) can be lengthened, a large hole is not formed in the contact plate (7), and the material is appropriately cut. Moreover, since the plate-shaped cutting blade (17) is embedded in the opening (16) of the cutting member (15) in an embedded manner, the plate-shaped cutting blade (17) is not used when the cutting member (15) is not used. The blade edge of is not exposed and does not cause injury. The thickness of the contact plate (7), the thickness of the buffer plate (14), and the pressing force are in correlation with each other, and may be determined so that they become thicker as the pressing force increases. However, if the contact plate (7) is made too thick, the cutting characteristics will deteriorate, so a maximum of 1.5 is usually used.
The thickness is preferably about mm.

That is, the cutting edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade is exposed from the cutting member only at the moment when the press pressure is applied from the pressing portion, and returns to the inside of the cutting member after cutting the material before deeply damaging the contact plate. For this reason, the material can be suitably cut, the contact plate is hardly scratched due to the material being cut, and the blade edge of the plate-shaped cutting blade is not worn, so that the contact plate can be replaced or the plate-shaped cutting blade can be replaced. The effect is that the dough can be continuously cut without performing. In addition, the cloth does not vibrate, that is, even if the next cloth is placed on the cutting member immediately after the cutting work, the cloth does not have wrinkles, and even when the thin and soft cloth is cut, the interval between the cutting operations is small. The effect of being able to shorten is produced.
