【発明の詳細な説明】
［産業上の利用分野］
本発明は１局所投与用製薬組成物に関する。
［従来の技術］
トリプシンインヒビター例えばアプロチニンは、従来ヒ
トの医薬品としては注射の剤型で急性膵炎の治療用に用
いられてきている。しかし、これらトリプシンインヒビ
ターは、今まで局所投与用に用いられてきていない。

［発明の概要］
本発明者らは、トリプシンインヒビターを局所投与用に
用いることにより優れた効果を挙げることが出来ること
を見い出し１本発明を発明した。

本発明に用いられるトリプシンインヒビターとしては、
従来トリプシンインヒビターとして知られているものが

ターなどがあり、その中で７ブロチニンが好ましい、こ

本発明の組成物は、局所投与に適した剤型である０例え
ば、クリーム、軟膏、溶液、懸濁液、乳化液、ローショ
ン、ゲル及びスプレィである。これらの剤型は、このよ
うな目的に通常使用される担体及び添加物により製造さ
れる１本発明の組成物は、軟膏の形にするのが好ましく
、そのためには例えばラノリン、パラフィンまたはセチ
ルアルコールのような適当な基剤を用いて処方される。

状により適量を１日１回以上患部に塗擦する。

に有効であり、また鎮静、鎮痛、抗炎症作用も有してい

ルス性ヘルペスとの感染による外傷例えば口唇ヘルペス

次に、実施例を示す。

アプロチニン（６，０ＯＯＵ／ｍｇ蛋白）１．５重量％
エタノール ４０ ポリエチレングリコール １５ ゲル化剤 ２ 水を加えて １００重量％とする上述の各
成分を混合し、ゲル軟膏を得た。

実施例１で得られたゲル軟膏を用いて、乾せん患者４例
を治療した。投与量は、１ｇ７日で１日３回塗擦した。
