Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the total processes, by providing one side of partition plates of a tank inner face with heat-insulation boards for common use, laminated with a water- proof sheet and by setting the water-proof sheet layer in the inside of the tank and by pouring concrete and then disassembling and removing the frames except for the heat-insulation boards after cure of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 2a, an outer one of tank walls between both partition plates 2a, 2b of a heat-accumulation layer 1, is a partition plate for usual concrete but the inner partition plate 2b of the tank walls is used for common use with a heat insulation board 4 to be formed at the inner face of the tank and a water proof sheet layer 5 is laminated as a unit at one side of the heat insulation board and directed to the inside. After frames are set, concrete is poured between both partition plates 2a, 2b, and then the outer partition plate and the other frames are disassembled and removed, the heat insulation board 4 or the partition plate 2b in the inside of the tank after curing, being left as it is. Therefore there is no troublesome works such as transferring of the inner partition plate out of the opening after forming of a control tank wall and forming a heat-insulation layer or a water-proof layer by bringing in a heat-insulating member or a water-proof member through the opening. In this way, the processes of the heat-accumulation tank can be remarkably shortened and also the producing cost can be reduced.

Although not shown in the diagram, heat storage tanks with tank walls made of concrete are constructed by building formwork (including those in which the weir plates on the outside of the tank walls are steel sheet piles that remain as they are cast) between the opposing weir plates. Concrete is poured, and after curing and hardening, the sheathing board and other formwork are dismantled and removed (if the outside sheathing board is made of steel sheet piles, it remains), and a heat insulating material layer and a waterproofing material layer are formed on the inner surface of the tank wall in that order. ing.

By the way, if waterproofing material is in the form of a sheet, it can be easily inserted by making it into a roll even if it is long, but insulation material is generally in the form of a board, so the width of the insulation board can be inserted through an opening such as a manhole. The dimensions are as follows! g. The width is small due to the need for the insulation board to be installed inside the tank, and the number of parts such as the number of insulation boards and the number of fittings for each of the insulation boards to be installed in the tank is also large.Furthermore, the installation of the insulation material for the waterproof sheet also requires installation later. , the cost is relatively high.

This invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems in the construction of the thermal insulation waterproofing method inside the heat storage tank. The purpose of this invention is to change the construction method of the tank body of the heat storage tank itself, and to erect a formwork so that both weirs can be closed. Concrete is poured between the plates, and after curing and hardening, the formwork for the weir plates outside the tank walls is dismantled and removed, and a heat insulating material layer and an LV water layer are formed on the inner surface of the tank wall, making the entire process easier. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a heat storage tank that is shortened and greatly saves labor.

In addition, by providing a layer of face material 6 on the other side of the insulation board 4, when concrete is poured between the insulation boards 4 which also serve as the outer sheath board 2a and the inner shear board 2b, the pulp of the face material layer 6 will be removed. The fibers absorb moisture in the concrete and swell, causing the surface part of the concrete to penetrate into the layer 6 of the facing material, and when the concrete hardens, the concrete and the facing material layer become entangled and strongly adhere to each other.

When tightening the pivot leg 9b left on the pivot leg 8, or screwing the bolt 20 with a flange instead of the pivot leg into the pad, the form tie 11 must be installed in many places. If there is no need to leave the pivot leg 9b in all the parts after removing the bolts 20, etc., remove the bolts in the parts that are considered unnecessary and install them in the through hole 18 at the site. The through holes can also be closed by injecting foam insulation.

+l+Concrete forming the tank wall of the heat storage tank) - Among the girders, the inner girder is an insulating board with a waterproof sheet laminated and integrally fixed on one side, so concrete should be placed between both girders. After pouring and curing, the formwork is dismantled and removed except for the insulation board, which is the sheathing board on the inside of the tank wall. By doing so, a heat insulation layer and a waterproof layer are formed on the inside of the tank wall, unlike conventional There is no need to carry out the inner weir plate through an opening such as a manhole after forming a concrete tank wall, and then carry in the insulation material or waterproofing material through the opening such as a manpole to form the insulation layer or waterproofing layer. Therefore, the construction period for the heat storage tank can be significantly shortened, and the manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced.
