種の飲料容器は、いわゆるプルトップ化と称する缶型の

ルトップ化にあっては、缶の上部に開放可能な密封栓を
配設し、缶本体の内部は共通する空間となっている。こ
の種の缶には、容量は種々あるが、仮に最少のものでも
２００ｃｃの飲料か収納されでおり、これを小児に与え
ると、全ての量を飲み切れず、ざつとて残量を捨てるの
もおしいため、積極的には飲みたくないと思いつつも、
飲まざるを得ない場合があった。ビールの場合には、特
にその傾向が大であり、本来残量を後日のために確保し
ておきたい思いを胞いたとしでも、炭酸ガスが抜けて、
味に変化を来すことがら、やはりやむを得ず全て飲んで
しまうことかあった。また紙製の飲料容器にあっても、
上部にストロ−を挿し込むための開放可能な密封孔か形
成されでおり、これについても、−旦スドローを挿し込
んでしまうと、結局全てを飲んてしまわなければならな
い事情つ＼あった。これらのことはビールに限らず、他
の飲籾についでも同様であり、ビールやコーラは炭酸ガ
スか抜けるという問題もあるか、他の飲料にあっても、
開封した状態が長期に及ぶと、昧のみならす、飲料自体
にも変質を来し、悪化するという問題があったのである
