That is, when a hard resin material is used for the floor plate, scratches and cracks are likely to occur due to the cutting blade biting in, and the durability is poor, making it necessary to frequently replace the floor plate, resulting in high costs.

It is difficult to select the material because defects such as cracks may occur, and the cross section of the groove is large due to its rectangular shape, which increases the elastic deformation of the filler and reduces the elasticity of the card base material. The disadvantage is that the deformation becomes large.

It is preferable to use a resin with a two-layer structure consisting of polyurethane rubber with a hardness of 0 to 95 degrees, or polyurethane rubber with a rubber hardness of 70 to 80 degrees in the lower part of the groove, and polyurethane rubber with a hardness of 90 to 95 degrees in the upper part of the groove. Polyurethane rubber with a rubber hardness of about 80 to 95 degrees, or rubber hardness of about 70 to 80 degrees at the bottom of the groove, and rubber hardness 90 to 9 at the top of the groove.
By filling with a two-layer resin made of polyurethane rubber with a diameter of about 5 degrees, the biting of the cutting edge during cutting is absorbed by appropriate elastic deformation, further reducing the elastic deformation of the cart base material, and preventing sag on the cut surface. This prevents the occurrence of firmness, cracking of the filler material, and chipping of the cutting edge of the cutting blade.

In the figure, the card cutting device of the present invention has a hollow cutting blade l formed to match the rectangular shape of the cart to be cut, and a similar shaped cutting blade l that matches the outer peripheral shape of the cutting blade l. The bottom plate 4 has a groove 5 having a planar shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the groove 5 is formed into a triangular shape similar to the acute-angled triangular cross-sectional shape of the tip of the cutting blade l. is filled with polyurethane rubber 2a having a rubber hardness of about 80 to 95 degrees. Further, the cutting blade l is formed so that the radius R is R2600, which is equivalent to the card shape.

The cutting blade 1 falling vertically onto the card base material cuts the cart base material 3 while being elastically deformed, and is received on the polyurethane rubber 2a. cutting is completed. If the resin filled in the groove 5 has a high hardness, scratches or cracks will occur in the resin due to the blade digging into the resin, and if the hardness is low, the cutting stroke will increase, although it is less than when there is no filler. This results in sag, cracks, etc. on the cut surface. However, as in this example, by forming the groove shape to be similar to the cross-sectional shape of the cutting blade and filling it with polyurethane rubber with a rubber hardness of about 80 to 95 degrees, the biting of the cutting edge can be prevented by appropriate elastic deformation. It absorbs the material, improves the durability of the floorboard, and prevents sag and stiffness when cutting.

The rubber layer side absorbs the biting force through elastic deformation and prevents scratches on the high hardness polyurethane rubber layer at the top of the groove. In other words, in this embodiment, scratches and cracks on the cutting edge that occur when a hard resin material is used as a blade rest are absorbed by the two-layered layer with low hardness and large elastic deformation.
To provide a bottom plate used for cutting carts that has excellent cutting performance and durability.
