PURPOSE:To prevent loosening of a hand operated turning nut without using a handle due to vibration during using a tool and prevent reduction of a tool tightening and holding force by providing a loosening stopping mechanism allowing a jaw to expand, contract, incline, slide by a screw action. CONSTITUTION:When a hand-holding ring 14 is held by hand to turn a control cylinder 7 and turn a turning nut 3 through a connection projected part 8, a connection recessed part 9, a jaw is contracted, advanced, inclined, and slided by a screw action, and when the turning nut is turned in reverse, the jaw can be expanded, retracted, inclined, and slided to push out and remove a tool C.
