Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は静電転写式電子写真複写機において使
用される加熱・加圧式定着装置に関するものであ

従来のこの種の定着装置は第１図に例示する如
く、内部にハロゲンランプなどのヒータを備えた
加熱ローラ１と、該加熱ローラ１に圧接して回転
する加圧ローラ２と、前記両ローラ間に粉体像
（トナー像）を担持した支持体（紙）を挿入して
通過させるべく両ローラの支持体搬入側に設けた
ガイド部材３とを含めて構成されている。そし
て、ガイド部材３は粉体像を担持した支持体４の
先端を前記両ローラ１，２の一方（通常は上側の
加熱ローラ１）に当接するように配置し、支持体

り上方へ突出するように弾性部材９を配設したも

る。このとき、そのローラに当接する支持体の先
端縁は略中央部が先に当接し、そして順次両側が
当接しながら加熱ローラ１と加圧ローラ２の間に
送り込まれる。したがつて、粉体像を担持した支
持体は前記両ローラ１，２間に送り込まれる時点
で略中央部から両側方向へと伸ばされる状態とな

伸ばされながら両ローラ間に送り込まれることに
なり、支持体のシワ発生を効果的に防止すること
ができる。また、本考案はガイド部材として、上
面がフラツトなものを使用し得るため、ガイド部
材の設計、製作が簡単になるという効果も奏す

間に粉体像を担持した支持体を通過させることに
よつて粉体像を支持体上に定着する複写機の加
熱・加圧式定着装置であつて、前記両ローラの支
持体搬入側に設けられ、上面が平坦なガイド部材
の中央部もしくはほぼ中央部に切欠部もしくは孔
を設け、この切欠部もしくは孔に少なくとも一部
が前記ガイド部材より上方に突出し、他部がコイ
ル状に巻回されたバネ線材を前記ガイド部材の上
板部の下方に配設した支持部材の外周に配設する
と共に、その端部を固定部に係止した弾性部材を
配設してなることを特徴とする複写機の加熱・加
