Abstract

PURPOSE:To continuously perform weighing without interruption, by supplying a definite amount of gold particles, which preliminarily pass an outflow control weir by the operation of a vibrator, to a quantitative hopper by opening and closing the shutter provided to the outlet of the hopper by a photosensor. CONSTITUTION:The gold particles 3 supplied to a hopper 4 from a quantitative supply hopper 5 fall to be supplied to a feeder 2 vibrated by a solenoid 1 and are fed by the vibration of the feeder 2 to fall from the opened leading end of a shutter 17 by the cylinder 16 operated simultaneously with the starting of the vibration of the feeder 2 to be supplied. The amount of the gold particles 3 on the feeder 2 during vibration is always monitored by two photosensors 15 provided above the feeder 2 and, when the amount of the gold particles 3 becomes a definite amount or less, a cylinder 12 is operated by the photosensors 15 to open the shutter 13 at the outlet 11 of the quantitative supply hopper 5 for a definite time predetermined by a timer.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In order to shorten the weighing time in the automatic gold weighing device, it is essential to shorten the time for weighing gold powder. It is essential to improve the weighing accuracy of gold grains. That is, the condition is satisfied if the weighing value of the gold particles is closest to the final weighing value. In order to improve the accuracy of weighing gold grains, it is necessary to optimize the movement of gold grains in a feeder that sends gold grains.

In the gold grain feeding device of the embodiment configured as described above, the gold grains 3 supplied from the quantitative supply hopper 5 to the hopper 4 are dropped and supplied onto the vibrating feeder 2 by the electromagnetic solenoid 1, and the vibration of the feeder 2 is The shutter 17 is sent by the actuation of the cylinder 16 at the same time as the feeder 2 starts vibrating.
The gold grains 3 fall from the open end of the container and are supplied. Two photosensors 15 installed above the feeder 2 constantly monitor the amount of gold particles 3 on the vibrating feeder 2, and when the amount of gold particles 3 falls below a certain amount, the photosensors 15 The shutter 13 at the outlet 11 of the quantitative supply hopper 5 is activated by a timer (not shown) in advance by operating the cylinder 12.
It will remain open for a certain period of time. the result,
Due to the operation of the vibrator 14, a certain amount of gold particles 3 that have passed through the flow pressure adjustment weir 9 are supplied to the hopper 4, and are further dropped from the hopper 4 onto the vibrating feeder 2, so that the feeder The gold rL3 above 2 will always be sent in a constant amount with no excess or deficiency. Therefore, a fixed amount of gold grains 3 always fall from the tip of the feeder 2 and are weighed. Then, when the vibration of the feeder 2 by the electromagnetic solenoid 1 stops and the weighing of the gold particles 3 is completed, the shutter 17 at the tip of the feeder 2 is closed, so that the gold particles 3 will not fall.

(Effects of the Invention) As can be seen from the above explanation, according to the gold grain feeding device of the present invention, the amount of gold grains supplied onto the feeder can be kept constant, and the gold grains can be fed on the feeder without any interruption. Since it is possible to always feed a fixed amount of gold particles, a fixed amount of gold particles always fall from the tip of the feeder and are weighed. Furthermore, since the tip of the feeder is closed by the shutter immediately after the weighing is finished, there is no chance of gold particles falling and over weighing.

従って、金粒の秤量精度が向上する。Therefore, the accuracy of weighing gold particles is improved.

Further, according to the gold particle feeding device of the present invention, weighing can be carried out continuously without interruption, so that weighing time is shortened and weighing efficiency is improved.
